Nath switched the television on and raised an eyebrow upon seeing the headlines.He began switching channels but the news story is still the same. "It's been a while since the mysterious crushing of the cavehill top of St. Dominic. The whole cavehill was destroyed for some unexplained reasons. For now, this is how the destroyed cavehill looks like." Buti naman at hindi na inabutan roon ng reporters si Zid. I'm sure he's back at 1914.

"You're awake!!" Sa sobrang saya ni Nath aba para na akong mapipisa sa sobrang higpit ng yakap niya. Dang! My body hurts all over!

"Wait here!!" At bago ko pa mapigilan si Nath ay lumabas na siya ng all-white room. All-white? Hindi naman all-white ang kweba ah. Nasaan ako?

Pagbalik ni Nath ay kasama niya na ang isang lalakeng nakaputi rin. Hindi nga? Hindi ba ako nagtagumpay sa pagliligtas kay Nath?

"Am I..in heaven?" I asked.

The man who wore white suit and white coat chuckled while checking my pulse.

"No!! You're just in the hospital!!" Nath burst.

"Hospital??" I asked again. "Yes, Ms. Sandoval. As you can see, I'm the doctor here. You had been in comatose." The white man answered.

"Blame Elizabeth for pushing you off the stairs of the party mansion," Nath wolfishly grinned. Party mansion?? What is he-?

"How long have I been out?" I asked while the doctor made some writings on his records. Chineck niya din ang swero at may ilang aparato siyang tinanggal mula sa akin.

"Simula nung commemoration party ko," he pouted.

Tumango lang ako. So all about those vampires, witches, origin and stuff aren't true?? "One year din iyon."

"One year!!??" gulat kong sabi. Well it's one long freaking year, no wonder my dreams seem very real. Fortunately, they weren't. Well I'm not pretty sure it is a good thing, but at least I'm safe from those dangerous creatures.

"I removed those aparatus which you don't need anymore since you're awake now. You can already eat and move freely. Medyo maninibago ka pero ayos naman ang lahat. Wala namang brain damage na nangyari sa iyo kaya pwede ka ng lumabas ng ospital anumang oras bukas, your stats are good, pero be sure to have a check-up after a week," the doctor informed us before going out.
