Chapter 34 - The worst dreams have the worst end

I ended up asking Chiron if Alexandra could stay with me and Percy anyway. That prank was pure evil but... I can't say that it wasn't funny looking back on it... now if I were to ask her to swap Percy and Annabeth. BTW, I was talking to the head councilor of the Aphrodite cabin(silena beauregard) and I mentioned something about Percy and Annabeth and then she went into a rant that I dubbed, "THE BORE OF PERCABETH".

Basically, she wants Percy and Annabeth to get together and listening to her rant about it made me ship it too. Oh crap, I am becoming an aphrodite. Next thing I know I will be obsessing over makeup and trying to play matchmaker(BLEGH).

So anyway, after I made sure that Alexandra wasn't going to do anything to me and Percy in our sleep(I didn't force her to swear it on the styx, no...) and I fell asleep.

I had a good dreamless existence in my sleep world for about 5 seconds before I was sucked away to that stupid place called the entrance to tartarus where my brother and his friends almost fell.

"Young demigod, my servant has told me of your anger against your father." came the, wait what did I dub him again? Oh, yes, Old Mean One.

"Don't care Gramps, I have told you once, I have told you twice, I will tell you again. I am not joining you! If Luke did that is his choice, not a good one mind you but still!" I yelled. My voice seemed to have more power than it did last time I came here(in a dream not in real life)

"So, you know about Castellan?" Kronos's voice was amused.

"What ever gramps, I am tried of you plaguing me with these stupid dreams when you know I won't help you."

"If I were king again I would give the demigods the life they deserve." Kronos offered.

I found myself almost considering that for a second and then caught myself. Kronos is trying to twist my brain, I can almost sense it, "If life they deserve is being eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner then yes. You would be giving them the life they deserve." I scoffed.

"You have just doomed yourself, demigod. You see, I can be very persuasive..." Then the scene faded and I found myself back at camp half-blood. At Thalia's tree.

"Hey!" Thalia said.

I spun around to see her sharpening a stick with a celestial bronze knife.

"You aren't gonna try and stab me with that are you?" I asked. I'm not sure whether I meant the stick, knife, or both.

Thalia laughed, "Why would I do that?" but, I think that she was thinking about it.

"I don't know... hey, what do you think about your dad?" I asked.

"What do you mean?" asked Thalia.

"Do you like your dad or do you not?" I asked, a little more straightforward.

"Well, he tries a little I guess. I mean, he preserved my spirit in the pine tree which is kinda a blessing and a curse. He also guided me when I ran away by sending me a goat, that was interesting. It's not like he doesn't know my name." Thalia said.

I groaned and sank to the ground covering my eyes.

"Hey, what's wrong?" asked Thalia.

"When my brother went to Olympus to return your father's bolt he talked to our dad, when he mentioned me... my dad called me Penny." I said shortly.

Thalia flinched back, "I'm sorry... I- I didn't realise."

"It's fine, at least he knows Percy's name, maybe I can use it to my advantage." I shrugged.
