Chapter 5 - Yay, it's me again
Hello! Percy here. When Peyton finished fighting Clarisse we both went back to the Hermes cabin because we were undetermined or whatever. Sadly, kids tend to make a big deal about it if you beat up Clarisse on their first day of camp.
"How did she do that?" asked one kid.
"Why is your sister so strong?" asked another. The only thing that bothered me was the fat that no one was asking Peyton these questions. They were just asking me.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw a few of the girls in the cabin eyeing Peyton. One asked her, "What did you do to get so strong?"
Peyton replied, "My step-father sent me to a military boarding school."
Everyone froze.
"What?" she asked.
"All of us have bad parents if any parents but, no one in camp has ever had to go to a military school." said a blonde kid.
"Well, then you should meet my sister," I said, "she went to the boarding school from when she was seven to now because they wouldn't let her leave."
"The literal only time I wasn't working out, running, or training was my free hour every day." Peyton revealed.
"Do you know who your parent is?" asked Luke. Luke is the head counselor of Hermes cabin and the guy that opened the door earlier.
We both shook our heads.
"I would say ares because of your sister but I don't think that's the case." chuckled Luke.
"Yeah, I have a feeling I have made everyone in that cabin hate me." Peyton chuckled.
"So, like Clarisse asked, which one of you killed the minotaur?" asked a kid.
"Percy!" Peyton said before I could respond. I gave her a look and she gave me an expression that said, just go with it.
I nodded.
(this is the shortest chapter I think. Dawn. Justice wrote this! Take it up with her. Wait, don't. She won't respond.)
