Chapter 25

Harry's P.O.V

"I think we got all of them." Louis says. I nod.

"Guys! We shouldn't have used violence!" We all turn to look at Liam.

"Really Liam?" Louis says. Liam nods, and I roll my eyes. He was too nice, I mean seriously?

"It was actually quite fun!" Zayn says cheerfully.

"Yeah well we didn't do it for fun, we did it to protect our secret and Dani." Liam says, being boring again. (A.N. No personal feelings Li, love ya tons ;D)

"Yeah well you do realize that they were actually trying to save her?" Niall says.

"That's the problem." I grumble, and Zayn pats me on the back.

"We just have to hope they don't have back up." Liam says, running his hand through his hair nervously.

"Yeah....." Louis says.

"Well, oh well! They're just a bunch of human goons that don't know anything! We can take down any back up they have. We took down these guys. What makes you think their "back up" will be any stronger?" I say, annoyed.

"He has a point," Zayn says. "We're the most powerfullest (A.N. Not a word but deal with it ._.) supernaturals in the world!"

"SHH!!! We don't need Dani finding that out!" Liam whispers, and Zayn shuts up.

"So what she'll find out soon enough anyway." Niall mutters under his breath. But Liam gives him "the look" and he shuts up too.

"Guys, Dani's in a closet right now. With a vent. We should go get her...." Louis says, staring at the stairs.

"She won't escape." I say. "But let's get her anyway." We head up the stairs to her room, and open the door. I go in first, and I go to the closet door, and open it. There she is, curled up in the corner, rocking back and forth.

"Dani?" Zayn says. She jumps, and bangs her head on the wall. Louis snorts, and Liam nudges him.

"Ow." She mutters to herself, rubbing it with her hand. I head inside, and kneel down next to her.

"You ok?" I ask her, and she blushes.

"Um...sort of....."

"SORT OF??!!" Liam shouts, shoving me to the side, "MOVE!!" and rushing to her. "ARE YOU HURT??? IF SO, PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY?"

"Liam!" I say, annoyed, as I see her eyes wide.

"I'm-I'm not h-hurt." She stammers, and I can tell somethings wrong. Maybe she heard Zayn....or saw us attack the police men....I don't know what's worse.....

"What's wrong, love?" I ask, concerned. We all lean in towards her, and she looks overwhelmed. She's pale, and she some how looks a lot weaker and innocent than before.

"Um...." She trails off, looking uncertain.

"Guys, leave for a sec. We just need a moment alone." I say. They frown, but leave. I pull Dani out of the closet and rest her on the bed. I put her on my lap, and lean in, so that Iwas extra close to her. "What's wrong babe?" I ask her, and she rests against my chest.

"If I tell you, you'll think I'm crazy."

Dani's P.O.V

What am I gonna tell him? "So, there's these voices in my head, and one of them is evil...." Um, no. But Harry is waiting...... UGH!!! What do I say?!

"Dani....?" Harry says, impatient.

"I....um....I.....don't wanna talk about it....." I say, but I can tell, Harry's gonna make me.

"Are you sure? Maybe you'll feel better if you talk to me." I can tell he really wants to know.

"Harry please...." I close my eyes, bringing my knees to my chest, on his lap, and slightly rocking back and forth. "I'm upset, ok? Please don't make me tell you..." He gently lifts my chin up.

"Don't worry Dani, you don't have to tell me." He says. But I know, that this conversation isn't done.

Harry gets up, and then says,

"I have to go."

So I let him go.

Tori's P.O.V

Where would Maddie go? Where could she go? Was she lost? Scared, and alone? You'd think I'd know. But nope! 'Cause I'm he one who left her.

I feel so ****** right now. Literally, I can't even think straight. It's like I've lost my mind.

"Austin, help me!!" I say, feeling VERY upset with myself.

"I'm looking!"

"No, you're not! You're checking bushes and trees! Why wouldshe be hiding there? And even if she was hiding there, don't you think she would come out, so we can bring her home?"

"Maybe she doesn't wanna go home."

"WHY WOULD SHE NOT WANNA GO HOME???!!"

"Dani didn't." My face flushes.

"Do NOT mention that!" I say, angrily.

"Sorry...." He mutters.

"We have to REALLY focus, ok? We have to find her, before she runs into a supernatural. I have no idea what will happen if she DOES find out."

"Ok, then where do we look first?" I take a deep breath.

"I don't know."

"That's good."

"Yup." Austin opens his mouth, like he's gonna say something, but before he gets the chance, he tips over, and falls face first on the ground. "AUSTIN!!!" I cry, and run towards him. But a shadowy figure approaches me, and grabs my waist. It squeezes, and I start to lose air in my lungs. I gasp for breath. Then I'm thrown to the floor, and the figure gets on top of me, and leans in towards my ear.

"Tori...." It's a male, and he lets out a deep chuckle.

"H-How do you know my name?" I ask fearfully.

"Because we know each other." I was confused, until he pulls back the hoodie he's wearing, and I gasp.

It's Harry.

"Can't let you get in the way of Dani and I, so I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to kill you."
