Chapter 31

Dani's P.O.V.

I run up the stairs of the basement and charge out of the house. I run into the near by woods and vomit in the bushes. How could the boys keep something like this from me? Why would they even do this on the first place?!

I close my eyes and lean against a tree. I can't believe this. What I saw...was....awful. I feel tears start to roll down my cheeks, and slide down the tree trunk, until I'm sitting on the cold forest floor. I take a deep breath. Everything has to be ok. It has to be.

I'm coming for you Dani...

Dave's P.O.V.

I sensed someone is coming near her, from where I can see in my crystal ball. She's in the forest, sitting down with her back against a tree. But there's more movement. Something is coming near her...

I lean in towards it more, zooming in on the outside activity.

And there it is.

A girl with red hair, and Austin heading in her way. No. I have to think of a way to make them turn around! If they run into each other, I won't be able to get Dani, and my plans will be ruined!

But I still have those two morons in the boxing ring... But, what will I do with them? I have to get Dani, I have to. So now it's time to get Austin and his little girlfriend far away from Dani.

Hm...I need a plan.

Oh no. I'm too late!!

Tori's P.O.V.

I give up. Why are we even looking anymore? Maddie is no where to be seen. This is all of my fault.

"Austin, let's just turn and head back. We've been looking for hours!" He sighs.

"I know. But don't you wanna find your friend?"

"We can't find her! We've looked everywhere!" Austin opens his mouth like he's about to say something, but just then, we hear soft crying. He sniffs the air. He frowns.

"Follow me, but stay behind me. Got it?" I cross my arms annoyed. I have magic! I don't need his protection. But I do it anyways, and follow close behind him.

He pulls some bushes aside, and gasps. I push past him, ignoring what he had said, and gasp once I see what it is.
It's Dani.

Dani's P.O.V.

I suddenly hear rustling in the bushes. I start to get nervous. Maybe this wasn't the best idea to come here alone...

I open my eyes, and turn to my left, and the bushes part. I gasp.

It's Tori and her boyfriend.

What are they doing here? I quickly wipe my tears away, and gulp.

"Dani..?" Tori says. She just stares at me for a long time.

"Tori." I continue to stare back at her. I feel broken inside, remembering when she risked her life to "save" me, only for me to decide I didn't want to go with her. I feel awful now.

"What are you doing here all alone? Shouldn't you be with Harry?" I question hurt me inside. Not just because they're missing, but also because she said it in a mean way.
