𝑵𝑶𝑾, 𝑪𝑯𝑹𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑨𝑵𝑨 wasn't exactly a street racer, but that didn't mean she didn't love having fun with her car. After joining Dom's crew, Jesse had spent four days helping her renovate it—he worked his magic under the hood, while she focused on the aesthetics. To say Christiana was thrilled was an understatement—she was over the moon.

So, whenever she got the chance to show off her ride, she jumped at it. Tonight, she was speeding down the street near Dom's shop, Teena Marie blaring from her speakers so loud it could be heard all the way inside. She skillfully turned into a parking spot, the sound of her tires screeching before she cut the engine and stepped out of the car.

Walking into the shop, she wasn't surprised to find Mia, Dom's little sister, behind the counter.

"Did you just drift into a parking spot while blasting Teena Marie?" Mia asked with a soft chuckle.

"Wait, that was drifting?" Christiana asked, eyes wide with genuine surprise.

"Yes," Mia laughed, still shaking her head. "Also, I love the outfit. Was this for me?"

Christiana shot her a playful look, dressed in a ribbed tank top paired with a mini skirt, a metal belt, and platform flip flops to finish off the look. "In what life would I not dress up for you?" she teased.

Their banter was cut short by the sound of tires screeching as a car pulled into the parking lot. Both girls whipped their heads toward the sound.

"Oh no," Mia muttered under her breath, making Christiana turn back to her with a puzzled look.

"What's 'oh no'?" Christiana asked, fiddling with a straw wrapper on the counter.

"It's this cute guy who's been coming around the shop for the last couple of weeks."

"The one you've been telling me about?" Christiana stood up suddenly, grinning. "I'll give you some space. Have fun," she said, playfully wiggling her fingers toward Mia.

With a smirk, Christiana quickly moved to the back of the shop, pretending to grab a drink from the freezer. "Tuna on white, no crust, right?" Mia's voice echoed from the front, making Christiana scrunch her face. Who orders tuna here?
