Wavier oneshots (Wednesday & Xavier)

Is it really that hard? Part 1

Xavier is not happy when Wednesday is rude to his new girlfriend

Xavier had finally asked Chloe to be his girlfriend. 

She was a normie, with bright blue eyes the size of saucers, and curly blonde hair reaching almost her waist.

In Xavier's eyes, she was just a distraction. 

A distraction from the girl who still held his heart.

But Chloe didn't have to know that.

He had become friends with Wednesday over the time they spent at Nevermore.

But not close enough as to where he could ask her out. He wasn't sure he would ever get to that stage, so he respected her boundaries, and had gotten himself a normie girlfriend. He had never planned to use Chloe, but he was sure that, with enough time, he would take a true liking her.

Or not.

So, when the time presented itself, he decided to bring Chloe to school with him, to show her off to his friends. 

He had brought her into the quad. He found the table he usually sat at, the one with Wednesday, bee boy (he never remembered the poor kids name.), Bianca, Kent, Diviana, Yoko, and of course, Enid and Ajax. (They were touching so often, Xavier started counting them as one person).

He sat down, dragging Chloe with him.

"Guys, this is my girlfriend Chloe."

Everyone except Wednesday waved, typical Wednesday fashion; he was appalled by her rudeness anyways.

"Chloe, this is Biana, Yoko,  Enid, Ajax, Kent, Diviana, Eugene, and Wednesday."

Chloe shook everyone's hands. When she reached Wednesday, however, Wednesday just got up and walked away. 

Chloe looked at Xavier a little hurt.

"Don't worry, she's like that with everyone. I'm pretty sure she does that to family too."

She seemed to not believe him, at least not until she looked back and saw the goth girl throwing a fork between two talking sirens.

"See? Typical Wednesday."

Time passed fast as everyone got to know Chloe, and she seemed to fairly get along with everyone. That was, until, little miss hurricane decided to make her way back to the table. 

"Oh...Wednesday, right?" Chloe held out her hand in hopes that the raven-haired girl may be in a better mood.

Wednesday looked down at Chloe's extended hand.

"Pardon my language, but do I looked like I want to shake your fucking hand? No, I don't. So I suggest you remove said hand from my area before I snap each finger like a pencil and use a wine opener on your fingernails." 

Chloe looked on the verge of tears.

She quickly packed up her stuff, turning to Xavier.

"D-do you mind driving me home?"

"Of course" 

........

The ride back to Chloe's place was silent, other then the whistle of wind between the window and car door.

When they arrived, he helped her out of the car.

"Listen, Chloe, I'm really sorry about Nes, she usually isn't that bad, she just doesn't really like people outside her comfort zone."

"I understand. Maybe you should give her a warning next time?"

"Sure thing. Bye Chloe!" He said, gently kissing her forehead. 

"Bye Xav!"

The moment Xavier was back on school grounds, he ran straight to the girls room.

He opened the door to Wednesday's room; it was unlocked.

When he busted in, he knew by the silence that she was the only one there.

"Wednesday, WHAT in the ever-living fuck was that?!" 

"Xavier, I don't have time for y-"

"Don't have time for what, to explain why you acted like that in front of my girlfriend?"

"I don't like people."

"You like Enid?"

"She's half dog."

"Ok, you didn't have a problem with normies when Tyyylerrr was in the picture."

He drew out Tyler's name in a teasing way, to piss her off.

"Tyler was a mistake."

"Wednesday, I don't understand why you're such an asshole!!"

"You wanna know WHY I'm an asshole?!" She had gotten this crazy glint in her eyes, standing up from her seat at her desk. "Because I have trust issue's,  Xavier. Because I don't like people touching people I care about! Because I'm in love with you and it hurts!"
