Wow, I was in Kaira Bhardwaj's house. Good progress. I patted myself. And, I am already planning my revenge now. Wait and watch Kaira.
She was shooing me off, hell will break, but I won't let her be alone with that plumber man in the house. She was calling that man and now was shouting.
"He is coming in ten minutes." She said, sitting opposite of me.
"Your house is...clean." I said, observing it.
"Mercy of Aisha." she replied.
"You three live together, right?" I asked again, trying to make some conversation.
"Were you eating with your ears, Mr. Malhotra when Aunty was bombarding us with questions?" She retaliated, I think I should have seen it coming.
"Hann wo that, sorry from Maa's side. She gets all worked up. She is trying to get me married." I answered, sighing.
"Good for you." She simply said.
"Wait, what? No sarcastic comment?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.
"Do you want one?" She asked, tilting her head a bit.
"That means I am in goodbook of yours's now?" I asked, trying my luck.
"No, because I don'thave one." She replied.
"That means you already love me." I said, very well knowing that I can receive punches anytime soon. But I just can't help myself when it comes to Kaira.
"Let's get the fact straight here, Mr. Malhotra. I hate everyone." She replied, looking into my eyes.
"Except for me, right?" I asked again.
"Especially you." She answered, looking straight in my eyes.
"Aww, sad. That hate will soon vanish, though." I said smugly.
"Never." She answered.
"I don't believe in never." I said.
"I don't believe in always." She countered back. How does she have a reply to everything?
"Opposites attract." I said.
"Never." She replied with a smirk.
"Always." I answered with my own smirk. In the conversation, we both leaned in quiet a bit, but she didn't notice it until the doorbell rang. She cleared her throat and went to open the door for the plumber.
That plumber was eyeing her for some time, and I had this sudden urge of possessiveness. I cleared my throat loudly, he glanced at me, and got the message. He didn't look at her then ever again during the whole work.
Kaira's received Aisha's call that they have left from there and will be home soon. Kaira told me that I should leave, but hell, I was leaving her alone now. Her company, even if sarcastic comments and unfruitful banters, was a pleasurable one. And, troubling her has become my new hobby, actually it was just an interest from the last two years but now it's a full grown hobby which I am totally gonna follow.
Aisha and Avni entered the house and saw me on the couch, while Kaira was doing something in her room, which she forbade me to enter.
"Hey Ishaan. Thank you so much for keeping Kaira's company and taking care of her." Aisha said, sitting beside me.
"I am not a fucking child." Kaira shouted from her room.
"Ignore that idiot, but really thank you. And it was nice meeting you and Di and Aunty and Misha." Avni said.
"What say? Dinner this weekend with us? Aman and Krish are also coming over." Avni asked me.
"What? No. He is busy." Kaira said coming out and standing beside me.
"Well, how can I refuse such a pretty lady inviting me to dinner." I said with a smirk and Kaira glared at me.
"I will be here Avni, thank you for the invite." I said and head out. Aisha waved my bye.
As soon as I reached home, I was showered with questions about Aisha, Avni and Kaira. Bhaiya was told everything and was sitting there enjoying while Bhabhi and Maa were interrogating me.
"Bhai don't sit their and smirk. Come and help me." I whined but he just laughed.
"It's your problem, handle yourself." He answered and went to his room to get changed, as he just came from the office.
"How long have you known Kaira?" Maa asked.
"What's her full name?" Bhabhi asked.
"Chachu I want ice cream." Misha shouted and everyone shut up.
"You just had one Misha. I will take you to McDonald's tomorrow, deal?" I asked her.
"Yess, and we will again meet Kaira and Aisha di, maybe Avni Di too." She shouted happily and ran away.
"Is she looking to get married?" Maa again asked.
"Maa, which one are you talking about? Kaira or Aisha?" Bhabhi asked, at this my ears twitched.
"Aisha maybe, she is soft spoken and have really good manners. Kaira... I didn't like her that much. She seemed - " Maa spoke but I jumped before she can speak further.
"Kaira is bold, smart and knows how to deal situations. She isn't afraid to say what's on her mind." I spoke and Maa and Bhabhi just smirked.
"You guys tricked me." I said with a fake gasp. They just shrugged. I got up and went to my room.
I spoke up for Kaira, I defended the woman who hates me, or just gives me savage comments already. I knew I liked her the moment my eyes landed on her, that dark brown orbs, they were shinning, she stood out from others.
Over the course of two years, it's like even if there is like a million people, my eyes will search her anyhow and refuse to move on from her. I have jittery feelings, but then again it's my first time. I never had any major relationships, just some flings here and there that too never made me feel anything special for anyone.
Anyway, I got into the bed and opened my latest novel I was reading. Don't know when I drifted to speed, but I sure woke up with a jerk.
Why the fuck was my dream about me and Kaira Bhardwaj kissing??!!! No no no no noooooooooo.
"Book me a doctor's appointment." I said calling my personal assistant, who was perplexed but I cut the call before he could response. I think I need a brain transplant because clearly this one is not working right.
Heloooo poeple!!! The dramatic ass Ishaan he is, I won't be shocked if he actually lands in doctor's cabin. I hope you enjoyed! and I was able to deliver satisfactory performance till now. That's it for today. 4 chapters are good amount I guess😏❤️
byeee, seee ya, and be happy!!!
