We all gathered in the elevator again, heading down to the room.

Despite a murder just happening everyone was unnaturally calm. It was like we all figured this was normal at this point

Finally, the elevator stopped and we headed off to our spots.

As usual, the one to kick off the meeting was Horikita.

"Rias and Issei were murdered at 12:11 with what we presume to be a sword. There was also make-up on Rias's face to cover a bruise,"

"Well, we know the murders were independent," Subaru said "As we said, the chances of Rias sleeping on top of Issei are too unnatural to consider it just sleeping. The only thing we honestly don't know is the murderer. Issei was killed first, Rias woke up then was knocked out with a punch, then stabbed. The weapon has to be a sword because, again, the wounds of both match up,"

"If they're independent though couldn't have a knife been used?" Noell asked

"No, the chances of even the largest knife here being used here would be strange. Remember how the wound went through both the front and the back? Only a sharp sword would be able to do it that cleanly. A knife would be more of a mess,"

"...Yes, I guess that makes sense," Noell said

"Alibies, I guess the only one is Bell and Hestia?" Rimuru said

"Yes," I said and Hestia agreed with a nod. "Also, in the hallway of the third floor, there was a slash against one of the walls,"

"Hmmm..." Kyoko stopped to pause for a moment but said nothing afterward.

"Let's skip over that. Do we have any leads?" Rimuru asked 

"..."

Everyone was silent, no one spoke up. 

There was almost no way to connect the dots.

"Well, the lock was broken. That means the killer has to be relatively strong right?" Subaru said

"...I guess so," Shinobu said "But couldn't they have used the sword hilt to break it?"

"I guess that's true as well," Subaru said before returning to racking his thoughts.

After 2 minutes of pure silence, Kyoko let out a sigh.

"Why must I do everything myself? Fine, I'll give you the suspects. It's between Me, Cid, Noell, or Horikita. My reasoning is that slight carpet change. It means that the user of the sword primarily stands on their right. They probably turned like that when Punching Rias. All of us stand on our right legs. The rest of us stand on our left,"

"Couldn't the killer have changed their leg position though?" I asked

"I noticed it before the killing game even began. So there is no doubt it is one of the few I listed,"

"Well, if we're going off of it being a weapon then doesn't it mean that one of us is lying about their Talent? After all, the Ultimate NPC, the Ultimate Royal, the Ultimate student, and the Ultimate ??? must have a sword as a weapon. Unless it's Kyoko since we don't know hers," Noell said confidently.

"..." Horiktia sent a look to Monokuma, and he replied quickly.

"You can say what you're thinking, but I recommend you keep the truth hidden for the most part. Unless you want to be another victim that is,"

"Trust me then," Horikita said "Kyoko is not the killer. I can't say any more than that,"

"Well, just count it as an one-way Alibi then," Rimuru said "But you wanna know who I think the killer is? I think it's Cid,"
