(Ayanokoji POV)

I hit the ground with a very audible thud, with the book still pressed against my back. It hurt quite a bit, but I still surveyed my surroundings to see where I was.

The smell of garbage was everywhere, as was garbage. You could also see other mechanics of past executions as well.

I looked around and saw no cameras, which meant I was in the clear. If they were hidden, then so be it, but in a garbage dump, I doubt they would be here.

I shoved the book off of me by flipping it over to its side.

While it was extremely heavy, to me it was not as heavy as I made it seem.

I looked at the way I presumed would be the way to get out, it was covered by a huge metal door and was locked. There weren't any cameras here so I could try to break the whole door down, but...

I then decided to sit back down.

'I think I'll wait and see how this plays out.'

(Bell POV)

I just left the trial room and was on my way to the only place where I could imagine Kyoko could possibly be, the second floor of the dorms. This area was opened just after the trial, but considering the fact Kyoko hadn't been anywhere else, I can only imagine she was somehow in here.

As I went up the steps, I realized that the area surrounding it was a complete mess. It was just like the one classroom we had seen on the 5th floor except there wasn't any blood.

"Bell!" I heard a voice call out as I passed one of the many broken down and destroyed doors.

"Kyoko?!" I turned back, and there she was. She was quite literally in a trap. It seems a cage fell down on top of her from above, preventing her from leaving.

"Try and lift this up, if you can't get it then get Ayanokoji to do it."

"Ah..." I opened my mouth to speak, but I couldn't bring myself to say the words...No, I needed to say them, "Ayanokoji was executed in a class trial."

Her eyes widened with surprise, but an unexpected calm came over them afterward.

"Then just get the others to help if you can't."

I nodded and proceeded to lift the cage. It was heavy, but I was able to get Kyoko out. After she came out, she looked over at me.

"Fill me in with the details please."

I filled her in on the trial, and what happened afterwards. She clicked her tongue in annoyance.

"This...Damn it."

"Kyoko...I know this may come off as pure idiocy but I think he's alive. The way he went out was far too simple for a person like him-"

"Do you not see why he made it that easy? It was because then Shinobu would survive if he died. It's obvious from what you tell me she would be the culprit otherwise."

"Yea, but there was no body or blood! Also, Monokuma said that he was the most popular character on the show, so there's no way he would be killed off!"

"Every single time you bring your emotions into things. Ayanokoji is dead. We need to start thinking of what to do next-"

Before she could continue I grabbed her collar.

"Listen to me for once! I know compared to you I'm an idiot, and my insights may never be what you can see, but even still I can do things that you can't as well! We all have our uses!"

"What's different about you from anyone else?"

Her cold eyes and just as cold voice felt like it went through my soul.
