Danganronpa: Despair to Prodigy's

Talk with Kyoko

"Thanks for waiting,"  I said as she got out of bed. "You ready?"

Obviously, we couldn't talk about this out in the camera view, so I checked to see where no cameras were, which I found out was the bathrooms.

We both knew this so she played along "Of course, on your lead,"

I walked into the bathroom and she started unbuttoning her suit jacket as she followed then closed the door behind her.

And while I knew there were no cameras in here I couldn't say the same for audio bugs, so for a safety measure, we turned on the shower to have them cover against any audio bugs.

While normally you wouldn't expect this to be the go-to answer for hiding this was the only option really available. The Suana changing rooms also had no cameras but they were closed at night, and if Kyoko and I went into the bathroom without any lead up it would scream "SECRET MEETING,"

"Now, let's get down to business. What do you remember?" She asked as she started buttoning up her suit coat again.

"I remember basic information and my name. Other than that I draw a blank,"

"It's the same for me as well," Kyoko said "I think it is safe to say that Monokuma knows who we are and that we had to forget our memories in order to make sure the killing game can go in the direction he wants,"

"I agree. I notice that I am unusually perceptive about things and that I have a perfect memory,"

"I seem to have around the same as you, oddly enough,"

"How do you plan on making everyone get through this?" We were limited on time in here so I wanted to make sure we wasted no time.

"Well, the best plan would be not to have anyone kill obviously, but since it likely won't go that way with Monokuma's interference we likely have to go along the route of survival and defeating Monokuma ourselves,"

"Defeating him would seem easy but if he can do all this without getting caught he's got to have something up his sleeve. Plus he's a stuffed animal. We would need to take down the mastermind behind him, and to do that we would need more information,"

"Yes, but getting more information would likely require going to the upper floors, and we don't know what is required to unlock the upper floors,"

"Yes, the handbook has rules but mentions nothing of the sort,"

After I said that I took out the handbook and looked over the rules

Rule 1: Students can only live inside the school. Leaving is prohibited

Rule 2: Nighttime is 10 PM to 7 AM, some places are closed at this time

Rule 3: You may not sleep anywhere else other than in the dormitories if you are caught sleeping somewhere else you will be punished

Rule 4: With minimal restriction, you are free to explore Hope's Peak

Rule 5: Destruction of cameras or Monokuma is prohibited and you will result in punishment.

Rule 6: Anyone who kills a fellow student will escape unless discovered at a class trail.

Rule 7: Additional rules can be added later by headmaster Monokuma

"I doubt that the rules will change often though, if they did then having rules in the first place wouldn't really be needed," Kyoko mentioned

Actually...Now that I thought about it the rule system seemed kind of odd. Why were there rules in the first place? Was it really only for the satisfaction of one person?

Almost like reading my thoughts, Kyoko continued where I was thinking "And then the cameras...Could this be broadcasted to other people?"

That would explain quite a lot. Such as the Cameras and rules but there was one other thing that this would mean as well. 

That People were watching us, and if they were watching why had action not been taken to get us out? Was it being broadcasted only to a select few people?

Needless to say, we had no real evidence for this claim but it made a little sense for our situation. At the same time though it made less sense. It was a theory for keeping once we got more information.

"Alright, we should probably get out," I said as I rinsed my hair in the water to make it look as though I was in there.

We don't need Monokuma getting suspicious for being in the bathroom for too long.

Kyoko as well rinsed her hair.

We both left roughly the same time and when we did we found Monokuma outside the door. He had a flushed look on his face like he was embarrassed.

"M-Man you kids these days are such horn dogs, first Issei and now you..."

"Pardon?" Kyoko asked

"From here on out there is a new school rule! Sex is forbidden!"

Somewhere in the distance, I felt like I heard very loud crying.

I quickly checked my handbook and sure enough there was a new rule.

Rule 8: Sex is forbidden! If found you will be punished.

"...Why does it matter? Are you really that embarrassed just knowing that it was happening? There were no cameras in there anyway,"

"THIS IS ONLY RATED M FOR BLOOD NOT NUDITY! GO TO SLEEP ALREADY!"

With that, he left, but that conversation also spurred on the theory Kyoko and I had.

"Well, goodnight," as I went into the hallway she closed the door as she said that. I then walked back to my room only to see Issei and Bell also leave the rooms they visited.

Issei was crying, Bell was looking embarrassed, and I was just looking plain as ever.

"Sex...Is no more. Brothers, we have to survive," Issei looked up at the ceiling with newfound determination.

"I-I-I was just going to make sure Hestia was doing ok!!! She told me she was scared and wanted me to stop by to keep her company!" Bell said squeamishly 

"..." I didn't respond as the three of us all walked by each other.

The next morning we woke up to Monokuma's announcement and we all met up in the Cafeteria. Well, everyone except Noell.

"So, from here on out I think it would be good to have a buddy system just as a safety measure. We don't know if Monokuma will try anything so we should make groups of two and never travel alone," Horikita was the one who suggested this.

Everyone was on board with it, after all, everyone had no idea what Monokuma was capable of.

These were the current pairings.

Horikita-Naruto-(Cid)

Bell-Hestia

Rias-Issei

Shinobu-Isagi

Subaru-emilia

Rimuru-Makima

Noell-

And that left Cid and Noell but since Noell wasn't here Cid joined Horikita's group. This would stay like that unless Noell changed her mind and wanted to join our system.

Monokuma then popped out of nowhere again and startled everyone.

"Hello everyone!"

"D-Don't just jump outta nowhere!" Subaru yelled

"Aww, but I'm just a teddy bear, I can't be that scary right? Anyway, you guys seem to be on a good start, too good of a start. So I came to help you all out!"

Then he disappeared and reappeared with a huge box full of VHS tapes.

"I have come to give you all a motive! Rejoice!"
