The two friends couldn't look eye to eye. Emily bitterly bit her lip and looked away, as she slightly turned her back. George just sighed, and sulked his back.

God, why is this so hard? George thought, as he was tired of all this.

"Do you guys really don't care about each other?" Akari asked, rather questioning the problem. George slightly looked up at the pink haired women, alerted. Emily just felt guilty. She closed her eyes, she couldn't make eye contact with the rest of the group.

"Huh, I guess good things do come to an end... You guys hate each other so much you can't even look each other in the eyes," Akari said, as Emily scoffed.

"What would you know about losing someone?" Emily called aloud, "Yes, I blamed it on George. But why are you trying to act like some type of hero?"

Akari widened her eyes, "So you acknowledge the fact that you blamed George?"

Emily became silent again, and just turned her back. Akari looked at Ryan, and he understood what she was asking for him to do. Ryan nodded, and started to walk out the classroom.

"I think... this is a conversation for the two of you to figure out..." Ryan said, as he was about to get out of the room. Katashi quickly nodded and followed Ryan out of the room.

"Emily..." Hikari called out, wanting to grab ahold of her friend. Akari held her back, as she softly smiled. Hikari looked down, looking at her helpless friend who had no idea what to do. She had trembled, as tears slowly fell down. Why was she crying? This wasn't even her own problem. This was something George and Emily could fix. But... Why?

Hikari left the room, and Akari was beside her. Demetrius left, allowing the two teenagers to speak.

George was uncomfortable, suddenly being put in the spot. He played with his hair, trying to distract himself. He didn't bother waiting, "I don't care anymore about whether you've forgiven me for not. I just want to let you know that I have nothing to do with the death of your sister... and uh..."

George wanted to say something else, but he refrained himself from saying it. He was about to leave the room, as his hand slowly made its way to the door knob. Emily just looked away, "I... I'm sorry... George."

George stopped moving his hand, as he slowly turned back. His face was filled with confusion, as the two teenagers shared eye contact.

"I'm sorry for blaming you, my sister was everything to me. So when I lost her, I felt like I had nothing. I felt like nothing mattered anymore, I just... I blamed you, I let the words and rumors from school take a toll on me. I wasn't thinking straight back then. Please... Forgive me... George.." Emily said aloud, dumping everything off of her chest. It had seemed that she had been wanting to say that for a while.

George looked at her, with full concentration on Emily. The happiness, and smiles. Were they all fake? Had she truly never been happy?

"I... understand if you don't want to forgive me right away... but-" before she could finish, George had given a hug to the girl. She had widened her eyes, as she was too dumbfounded to realize what was going on.

"I'm sorry for saying those harsh things to you," George called out. Emily softly smiled, as the two friends hugged each other.

"Akari, why did you put them out in the spotlight like that? Don't you think that could make them uncomfortable?" Ryan asked, as Akari had already left the school with Ryan. The two of them were making their way to a park.

"When humans are put out into the spotlight they'll let frustration take the best of them. Especially in a situation like that. But then when you leave, they'll think about the words of what the original curious thinker had said, in this case... It was me. So they think over, and awkwardness can only last for so long. And the words will ring around in their mind, soon enough... they'll have nothing but forgiving themselves. Or, they could have fought once again, but all this time I've spent with Emily and George, I know that deep inside they wanted to forgive the other a while ago," Akari explained, as Ryan gently smiled. He looked up at the sky.
