(Amaya's POV)

"Amaya... You'll just end up hurting yourself." Sabi sakin ni Sophia as I stood by the gate.

 "Sophia, I'm trying my best. Sige, ingat kayo." Sabi ko as she got into a car.Umalis na ito at kumaway ako.emalik na din ako sa bahay kasi gabi na at malamig ang hangin.

"Amaya, let's eat?" pagyayaya sakin ni Mama.

"Sure." Sabi ko and gave her a weak smile.

"What's wrong? You seem down." Sabi niya at nagsiupo na kami sa mesa. She clapped her hands together and said, "Ittadakimasu."

Sa Japan kasi, before eating, you say Ittadakimasu which means Bon Apetit. Though you say it to yourself.

"Just can't get accept something."

"And what would that be?" tanong niya habang kumakain ng sushi.

"Kaa-san, do you know that Axel's dead?" sabi na tumitingin sa tubig sa baso ko.

"Ho..Hounto?" sabi niyang nanginginig.

"I was shocked too." At binaon ko ang ulo ko sa mga kamay ko na nakapatong sa mesa. Siguro na shock din si Mama. But for a second, I thought she was nervous and unsure of what to say.

Wala rin akong ganang kumain kaya nagexcuse na ako at pumunta sa kwarto. And, I didn't want to talk to anyone really.

"That's it." Sabi ko.

2 hours na ata ang nakalipas at isa parin nage-echo sa utak ko.

That I have to give up on Axel.

Matagal ko nang alam na kailangan ko tong gawin pero ayaw kong isipin it o kasi ayoko. I just can't. I don't want to.

I put my earphones on kasi palagi ko to ginagawa tuwing may iniisip. Music lets me relax.
