*Industry baby is Rajveer's theme song*
~
Spread out on thirty thousand square feet, facing the magnificent Arabian Sea, was The Rajveer Palace. Shining in it's black and silver beauty. An army of guards, armed with latest weapon, was surrounding the palace. Some standing alert at the tight-securitized iron gates, some at the terrace, their sharp eyes moving in all directions for any intruder or danger. Walking through the black marbled driveway, one would find more guards pacing in the hedges of the vast garden where several fountains could be seen at a measured distance from one another.
The entrance to the main hall was by a metallic gate, holding another security check. The foyer was large and dimly lit, a velvet black carpet covering most of the floor that led to the main hall. The palace had seven storeys, each having twenty feet high ceilings. Just at the center of the hall, was a vacuum elevator that gave easy and quick access to all those floors. Two grand staircases, having railings made of solely white diamond, were on either side of it that also led to upper portions. A crystal, diamond chandelier was hanging from the ceiling, creating a soft silver glow that complimented the black and silver theme of the palace.
An obeisance of servants could be found, performing their respective duties. One was moping the pristine black floors, adding to it's dazzling shine. One was cleaning the walls and the paintings. Some were busy in arranging the flowers in the vases; all black roses, just the way their boss liked. Speaking of which, the vacuum elevator made a sound that indicated someone has entered in it and was coming down. The staff went alert and rushed to finish their tasks. Barely thirty seconds later, the elevator stopped and it's reflecting glass doors slid open.
A guy, turned 27 just last week, so handsome that one would need to force oneself to look away from his face else they'll keep staring at him forever, stepped out of it. Wearing an all black, finely stitched suit that showed off his well built body. On his left wrist, was an expensive black chained watch whose crown, hour marker, and needles were of pure diamond. Over his belt, on the right side, was a M1911 secured in its hostler. He tucked the button of his coat, which was also a small black round diamond, and effectively hid the slim designed pistol behind it. His black loafers made a clink-clank sound on the floor as he walked, by passing the line of servants who held different juices or variants of coffee infront of him as he had refused to have breakfast. But he didn't stop. His mind was fixed on a mission today. And no one would be able to divert his focus until he achieved what he wanted.
And achieve he would. They all knew that.
He put on the sunglasses as the sunlight glared down on him upon stepping out, his chocolate brown eyes being hidden due to the action. The guards greeted him with a slight tilt of their head as he walked towards his black limousine, awaiting him.
"Afternoon Sir!" - a guard, who was standing straight, holding the door of the car open for him, greeted.
He merely nodded before taking his seat as the door closed after him. Seven revos ahead, and seven behind, making it look like a motorcade protocol of the president or prime minister. But no, it was Rajveer Shekhawat, out to overtake yet another five-star hotel and finally hit century of owning hundred different, and most expensive properties around the world.
"Move." - he ordered the chauffeur in his silky and calm voice.
His order was obeyed in a heartbeat and the protocol started off for it's destination.

A man, looking to be in his late 50s, with white moustache and stubble, was seated on the sofa, sweating profusely. Being the owner of the highest skyscraper of the city, sitting in his own penthouse, was so nervous because of the guy seated infront of him.
Rajveer.
His smart and dangerous gun was placed on the small glass table between them while his army of guards stood alert around them, guns at ready.
"Mr. Oberoi, I sent my man to you with a blank check and property papers. You just had to sign it but I'm afraid, they returned unsigned." - Rajveer began, his tone calm. Yet.
Oberoi swallowed, racking his brain for right words to answer.
"I have told you already Rajveer, I don't want to sell this hotel."
Rajveer's lips curled into a smile. A very cunning and sharp one. That enhanced his handsomeness but also made him look dangerous. He uncrossed his legs and leaned forward.
"Mr. Oberoi I told you that I want to buy this hotel because I liked it. Did you hear me asking your opinion ?" - he asked, that sharp smile intact on his face.
Oberoi's patience snapped and he stood up in anger. "This is my property Rajveer!" - he shouted.
The sound of the triggers being pulled echoed at once as the guards aimed at Oberoi, ready to fire, but Rajveer held his hand up, silently ordering them while his eyes remained on Oberoi.
"I am not in the mood of violence today. Besides, I don't want to make your only son an orphan either. So why don't we sort this out sensibly ?" - he asked, leaning back on the sofa again while Oberoi stood infront of him. The way he said 'sensibly' indicated that there was only one way for it; signing the papers.
Oberoi collapsed on the sofa with a thud. Seemingly accepting defeat.
"There are so many other, similar hotels in the vicinity then why only mine ?" - Oberoi asked in frustration.
"Because I liked this one. And whatever I like, should belong to me. No one else." - Rajveer replied, his eyes intense.
He signed with hand to one of his man who stepped forward with the hotel papers and placed them infront of Oberoi on the table along with a pen.
"And the blank check ?" - Oberoi inquired with furrowed brows.
Rajveer smirked.
"It's life which sometimes gives second chances Oberoi. Not Rajveer." - he stated calmly.
Another man came forward and placed a check of fifty crores at the table which was the actual worth of the hotel but comparing to a blank check, it definitely was a loss. Oberoi opened his mouth to argue but paused when Rajveer raised his left eyebrow. He picked the pen and signed the papers. Making Rajveer smile victoriously.
"See ? Wasn't that easy ?"
Oberoi glared at him. His face so red with anger that it could burst into flames any moment now. Rajveer stood, placing his gun back in the hostler and buttoned up his coat.
"You will pay for this!" - Oberoi threatened.
Rajveer's smirk widened. "I already have." - he said, looking at the check on the table. "And if you meant by law, then let me know if you need any help. I have a few contacts."
Saying that, he put his sunglasses back on and turned on his heels. His army of guards surrounding him as they left.
Leaving a fuming Oberoi behind.
