“Di, why don't we try some clothing outlets as well ?” - Natasha asked excitedly as the escalator moved towards the second floor of the mall.

Samaira huffed. She didn't know if Natasha wanted to be a fashion model that's why loved shopping or because she loved shopping that's why wanted to be a model. But the fact stood still. She. Loved. Shopping.

“We are out for office work Nuts...” - she lightly chided as they moved towards the decor store.

“Okay I'll meet you here in fifteen minutes, I promise!” - Natasha said.

Samaira turned to stare daggers at her sister but found her already running towards a clothing store.

“I can't with this girllll!” - she shook her head and stepped into the store.

The line of cars stopped outside the mall. Liam quickly opened the door for Rajveer while half of the guards surrounded the building, taking positions. The other half accompanied Rajveer as he broke through the security gates, the watchman being held captive by Liam while he shot down the metal detector system by his gun and barged inside. He was not a least bit bothered to alert the people of the attack. He just wanted to capture that man whom he was in search of for the past one month.

People started to run as they heard the sound of bullets being fired and Rajveer's sharp eyes were catching glimpse of every face, looking for that man.

“Find him and bring to me!” - he ordered his guards. “Alive or dead!”

The guards spread out into the mall while he remained standing in the center of the ground floor. His eyes, roaming everywhere.

Samaira left the store with snow blue ornaments when the ruckus started. She saw many men, dressed up in a black uniform with guns in their hands, ascending the escalators and coming to the floor. People were quickly leaving the place and her heart sank.

Natasha.

She ran towards the clothing store she had seen her sister walking to. She entered the shop but found her sister nowhere. It was empty. She quickly pulled out her phone and called her and heard a faint ringing coming from the luggage room of the shop. She ran there and tried opening it but it was locked.

“Nuts it's me!” - she shouted, banging at the door.

The door swung open and Natasha was hugging her in the next instant.

“I got so scared Di...” - Natasha whispered, clinging onto her sister.

“Shhh.. it's alright. Don't worry.” - Samaira calmed her down.

“Let's go from here.” - Natasha said pulling back but Samaira, being the sensible and practical person as she was, shook her head.

“We can't until we are sure it's safe to.” - she said.

The two sister remained there for good ten minutes before Samaira spoke :

“Do one thing, you wait here until I check whether there's a way to escape for us...”

Natasha shook her head vehemently. “No no no! You are not going anywhere! It can be dangerous!” - she said.

“But how would we know that they have left or not ? We can't spend whole day here in wait now, can we ?” - she asked rhetorically.

But Natasha still looked unsure, worried for her sister. Samaira managed a smile to assure her and left the room, asking her to lock it from inside.

She took cautious steps and realized her heels were noisily clicking on the floor. Stopping to take her heels off, she left them there and walked out of the shop. The hallway was completely deserted and no sound was audible.
