Dami walked into the room, setting the food tray down onto the stand table before pulling out a dinner tray table setting the tray with food on it before plopping down into the chair right in the corner slightly close but not too close to yeosang as she finally looked back at him with a soft smile on her face, as she whipped out her knitting kit. "You may enjoy." But for yeosang he was still in shock about how much food there was and how he was suppose to eat it all up. He wasn't use to meals being normal sized neither huge, if it was a quick little snack to take and eat; he would be full...okay maybe not forever but it sure would make him forget to eat anything else. He blinked before staring at the food in front of him, the smell of the fresh baked pastries made him fall deeper into hunger but he didn't know where to begin eating as he bit his lip, his eyes scanning the whole plate his hand on the side of the tray not knowing to go to the fork, spoon or the knife first. But eventually he made up his mind digging right into the pancakes. One bite after another and another and oh look, an another! He started devouring the whole plate making sure not to eat too fast or too slow but nonetheless just to enjoy the food and how his hunger was decreasing minute after minute.
Dami eyes peeked up from the green blanket she was trying to finish knitting before stopping as he started to speak softly. "Is it good, yeosang?" Yeosang swallowed the food in his mouth which was the pastry, the powered sugar visible on the corner of his lips; he nodded in response as he started babbling about how good it was. "Dami this is really good, just what my stomach needed! Even the pastries, I'm going to be full for the last three days thank you!" Dami laughed it off as she shook her head. "Again no need to thank me, I'm glad you're enjoying it." That's when her eyes traced to yeosang's lips making the other have a confused look on his face as to why she was looking there. "Here." she said pulling a few tissues out of the tissue box off the bedroom table before handing it to yeosang. That's when he realized why she was looking. He took them and wiped the corner of his lips, it was quiet until Dami whipped an conversation; but yeosang had his mouth full so it took a bit of time to respond back.
Yes, he was eating and wanted to focus on how he was and when he was about to be done.
But no, he didn't want just the silence and the sound of silverware."Ah Dami, what are we doing today?" Yeosang asked, taking a sip of his water; setting it down after. "I was thinking of staying in, I want to make sure it's face before we go out. I don't need you getting hurt or lost although i know what to do and what my job is." Dami answered, the way she was knitting was careful, her eyes stuck on the needles doing the work her hands are making them do.
Her job? what job? What does she mean?
He thought to himself.
"It's okay if we stay in, I'm not use to going out unless it's with.....yeah." Yeosang's mood quickly dropped but he managed to hide how sad he was thinking about who we all know and love; he swallowed the last bite he took before setting the silverware down as he mumbled. "Hey hey, it's okay to think about it here and there. Everything will be just fine." Dami started to comfort him, "I might not be much but I sure in the hell that he wants you to keep going." Yeosang nodded a small smile forming on his face before an stomach growling ruined the comfort, it was Dami's. The two looked at it each other before bursting out laughing. "Ahh guess who's hungry now!" "Oh stop it, come on. This will be the perfect opportunity to show you around the house."
And she wasn't lying, if yeosang had to stay with here for a few days it would be best to get to know where things are. Dami got up taking the tray with the dirty dishes, yeosang was going too but she refused him to do so, they walked downstairs into the kitchen and that's where yeosang saw the whole entire lifestyle of Dami; he looked around, it was a pretty normal kitchen but it looked very more expensive than what his house would have. Dami started to wash the dishes and yeosang offered to help load them into the dishwasher, luckily for him she did accept that and at least he did one thing besides sleeping and eating. That's when Dami started to show him away.
Downstairs was very normal, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen of course and a small washer and dryer in their own little room in the storage room. But that was until they came to a door leading to the basement under the stairs, yeosang had a great fear of those but he didn't know it led to the basement; he thought it was just a tiny room under there. That was until Dami opened the door revealing the dark cold room, the air in the basement hit yeosang's face like a baseball bat within split seconds. "And this is where just some of my things are hidden." "what things? if you don't mind me asking." "Oh weapens and other things, don't worry." Dami locked the door, flashing yeosang an innocent smile before locking the door with the key to it. "You'll also get a key just in case." She tossed one to yeosang who caught it like the flash as she started heading up the stairs, he stumbled behind trying to follow her. Upstairs was like downstairs, just difference rooms and well....a house. But this one room held a mystery that was unexpected but it stuck with him, it was just like the movies; he swore he was dreaming or something but he wasn't.
They walked into the room as Dami walked directly to a tall bookcase, she smiled at it before looking at yeosang then back at it. "And this right here, is the sweet magical bookcase." Yeosang looked at her as if she lost her mind before laughing it off as maybe she was just joking but she really wasn't. She ran her fingertips over the books, going to multiple colors than to black and white, black again then white and she tilted the book like it was about to fall on her and yeosang moved closer; she had a bunch of books on it but this one was hidden more better than the others, maybe it was just her favorite right? But after she tilted it, she moved back cautiously with yeosang. "What's going on..?" Yeosang mumbled, confused as hell. "Just sit back and watch." And within seconds after saying that a creaking sound of something opening startled yeosang but when he saw the bookcase swing open like a door but much more slowly and gentle, his eyes widen as he started. Some lights went one one after one lighting it's way in a hallway that was just plain white. "Woah." Was all he managed to get out, hearing a chuckle for Dami.
"Pretty sick, right? Just wait til you see what's in it."
