We spend the night at the hospital, i laid beside my mom and Ethan slept on the couch.

"You should go hangout with your friends today honey" my mom says.

I look at her, "no mom I'm not going to leave you alone" i said to her sitting next to her.

She laughs a little, "I won't be alone your cousin and aunt will be here, you need a break." She says.

I think about it for a little and finally give in, "okay but if you need anything, call me"

She nods, "yes ma'am" she says making me laugh.

Ethan and i head out to my house.

I send a quick text to the group chat to meet us there.

They all responded with okays and on their way.

"What do you want to do?" I ask Ethan since he's never been here before.

"I'm not sure what did you guys usually do?" He asked.

"It's a small town so you can't really do much, but we can go to the mall" i said suggesting something.

Then i suddenly got an idea!

My face lights up and Ethan notices "what is it?" He asks.

"Me and you should get matching tattoos" i said excitedly.

He smiles at me, "okay what should we get?" He asks almost as excited as me.

"I was thinking we can get sun and moon tattoos, you can get the sun and I'll get the moon on our ring finger" i said.

He stares at me with a smile on his face, "you are just the cutest girl ever" he says squeezing my cheeks.

I smile and slap his hand away, "so do you want to do it?" I ask him.

He nods at me, "yes I'll do it"

I jump and down excitedly "thank you, thank you!!" I said hugging him.

He laughs at me but hugs me, "anything for you"

I hug him back "thank you so much, you won't regret this"

"I probably will, but YOLO" he says making me laugh.

My friends showed up not long after we did, I filled them in on what I wanted with Ethan and they wanted to join us as well. Once we decided on what to do we head into Noah's car and drive to the mall where the tattoo shop is at.

"I'm so excited to do this" i said out loud, holding hands with Ethan as we walk away from the parking out.

"Me too, this will be something to remember" Ethan says, swinging our hands back and forth as we walk. "I love you so much Stells"

We continue walking, Ethan mostly follows us as we walk towards the direction of the tattoo shop. I'm not exactly sure why i want to get matching tattoos with Ethan, I think it might be in case he ever leaves i'll have some part of him with me even if it'll hurt to look at it,

It makes me happy to see my best friends getting along with Ethan, and for Ethan getting along with them.

As we approach the shop i start to feel a little nervousness start to bubble up in my stomach, Ethan seems to notice because he gives me a little squeeze to my hand. "You'll be okay" he says with a comforting smile.

We go in, they sit down while i go up to the lady who seems to work here.

"Hi! How may i help you?" she asked nicely

"Hi, me and my boyfriend want to get tattoos" i tell her, "and i was wondering if we can do a same day appointment?"

she gives me a smile, "yes of course! What do you want to get?" she asks.

I show her a picture from my phone, she nods "okay perfect!" she says walking around the counter "follow me!"

We follow her to the back where there's a chair, "who wants to go first" she says looking at all of us.

"I'll go!" i said since no one else wanted to go. I sit on the chair.

"Where do you want it?" she asks.

"On my ring finger" I said showing her my finger, she grabs the things she needs and then gets started. I got the sun.

After she was done with everyone, we payed and left.

Blake and Noah didn't get anything, Blake's scared of needles and Noah didn't want to ruin his perfect skin.

"What should we do now?" Blake asks, no one says anything.

We think about what we should do, Noah speaks up.

"We should watch a movie" he says, "but can we watch a scary one"

Evelyn slightly slaps his arm "ouch!" Noah says, making us laugh "what was that for?"

She frowns, "you know i hate scary movies" she says like it's obvious.

Noah smiles, "oops" he says and moves away from her, before she can hit him again.

Ethan laughs at them, making Evelyn glare at him instantly shutting him up.

"It's okay, if anything I'll protect you" Blake says to her, she blushes at him.

"Okay so are we gonna watch a movie or not?" Violet asked impatiently.

"Yes! Let's go" I said pulling Ethan away as the others started walking as well.

It's so weird how Lana isn't with us, it's just the three of us again. It's sad but i don't think i miss her, i mean why would i? She betrayed me, and she doesn't even regret it at all.

She's not family at all, family doesn't do that to you. What hurt the most was they did it at my lowest point. They did it when i was on the floor and pushed me farther down the hole, and in return i got Ethan.

I guess it's a win-win.

While the boys buy the tickets, us girls head to the bathroom.

Violet goes into a stall while me and Evelyn touch up our make-up, "so why did you want to get a matching tattoo with Ethan?" Evelyn questions me.

I shrugged my shoulders, "i don't know, I think it's in case he ever leaves i'll have a part of him in a way" i said as Violet gets out of the stall.

"I think that's so cute!" Violet gushes.

"I think that's so cute as well and a bit sad, i don't think he'd leave you! He seems to love you so much" Evelyn says putting on her lip gloss.

I smile slightly, "I guess so" i said as I looked into the mirror, for once i don't feel this empty feeling inside my chest.

We leave after were done and head to look for the boys, we find them by the door way chatting away.

"Ready to go?" they ask as we approach them, i instantly go to Ethan's side grabbing his hand. At this moment i feel an intense feeling of love for him as i feel his skin against mine.

I'm so happy, something i never thought I'd feel.
