"Mom?" I asked Yang. She looked like she was about to say something but was interrupted when Weiss was thrown through the door leading to the next car and into ours. She lay still once she stopped rolling, and a large figure carrying someone entered our car. When he stepped into the light, I saw the Grimm mask of a White Fang member.

He was BIG. In one hand he held a large drill, like something you would see in a construction zone, and in the other hand... was Oris. He held her by the throat and she was gasping for air while weakly beating at his large frame with her staff.

"Do these belong to you?" he asked as he tossed Oris next to Weiss. "I like to play a bit rough with my toys. But they always seem to break. Heheh."

As I stared at the prone and unmoving forms of Oris and Weiss, I felt something come loose in me. As if the rope that held all of my sanity and control had just frayed.

"Hey Ehwaz," I heard Yang say.
"Yeah," I responded though gritted teeth as I looked at her. She was pissed. Her eyes had become a deep blood red and her yellow hair was tinted orange at the edges giving it the appearance of being on fire.

"Let's kill this bastard," she growled. With that we launched ourselves at the White Fang. Yang pounded her fists into his gut several times before delivering a spinning kick to his head. He tumbled back and came up in a roll, drill ready before him. My turn.

I let into him, slashing and cutting with abandon. He was able to parry each attack, but just barely. He seemed to realize this and switched to offensive driving his drill straight at my chest. I crossed my swords and blocked, but I could feel the vibrations coursing up my arms.

"Eh- Ehwaz..." a weak voice said. I looked over my shoulder to see Oris looking up at me and Weiss was beginning to stir.

"Yang!" I shouted, stopping her charge as she went in for another attack. "Get them out of here before they get hurt worse!"

Yang looked a me with visible hesitation, but her eyes returned to normal and she scooped up Weiss and Oris and ran for the back door. "Be careful!" she shouted over her shoulder.

"Traitor," said a rough voice as I turned back to the White Fang. He wasn't looking at me, but my ears.

"No, not traitor," I said, and I shifted my tail so he could see it. "Outcast."

He was obviously taken aback by this, so I took advantage. I disengaged from his drill and set in with stabs and jabs. I felt the anger my own words had caused flood through my body. Outcast. Outcast. My vision now tinted red at the edges. My jabs quickly returned to cut and slashes and the White Fang couldn't keep up. His drill fell uselessly to the floor and his body began to jerk and spasm with each strike. Finally, his legs gave out and he collapsed in a heap to the floor.

I stood over him and reversed grip on my swords and lifted them high, preparing to finish him off. And then my vision cleared. I was no longer seeing the red of anger...but the red of blood. His white uniform was now decorated with countless crimson lines that were growing larger. His mask had fell off and lay next him, broken in half.

"T-T-Traitor...." he gasped out, glaring at me with feline eyes, before his head lolled to the side and his eyes closed. I put my weapons away and knelt beside him. I ripped open his torn uniform and checked the wounds, most were not deep or heavily bleeding. He would live, I hadn't killed him.

I stood back up and turned to leave when I saw her - Neo. She was standing in front of the door, umbrella perched delicately on her shoulder. She looked at me with visible curiosity before she opened the door and slipped out.

"What the hell?" I asked myself before going out the door myself. I climbed up to the top of the train car and felt four little paws land on my head. I glanced up and saw a corgi's face looking down at me. He barked once and leapt off my head and ran off to the waiting teams. I shook my head and ran after the dog.

"Hey, everyone ok?" I asked as I got to the others. I saw that Oris and Weiss were back on their feet and everyone was there but Blake and Lena.

"Everyone is here but Blake and Lena," Baron said, "They got to the front of the train but-"

"Hey!" Lena shouted and we turned to see Blake and her running up to us.
"90 seconds," Blake gasped out as she got to us.
"What?" Yang asked.
"90 seconds until impact," Blake further explained. At this we all looked to the front of the train. Sure enough, ahead was a solid concrete wall that was probably not padded with memory foam and pillows for our convenience.

"Did you disable the train's engine?" Oobleck asked in his rapid speech.
"Yes," Lena replied, "But the brakes are also disabled. We can't stop it."
"So what the hell do we do?!" Kuana shouted angrily.
"The only thing we can do," Weiss said as she lifted up her rapier point down. "We live."

Weiss thrust her rapier into the top of the train car and ice began to form a dome around us. I felt two someone's wrap their arms around me and I responded in kind. I heard Baron yell for us to brace-

BOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!

I felt myself slam against the ice wall and break through. Sudden sunlight nearly blinded me as I flew through the air. I landed hard and skidded to a stop.

"Are you both ok?" I asked Ruby and Oris who were apparently the ones holding on to me. They both nodded and then looked at each other and I could swear I could feel the heat of their glares. I looked around and saw... people.

We all lay in a street now strewn with rubble and part of a train now laying on its side from the newly made hole. Several cars had collided with one another and pieces of rubble. People were lining the sidewalk, looking at the spectacle that had quite literally exploded into their lives. Suddenly a woman from the crowd screamed and pointed behind me.

I turned and saw the giant twin snake heads of a King Tijitu emerge from the open tunnel entrance followed by countless Beowulf, Boarbutusk, Ursa, and other Grimm. I heard a bird like cry and looked up to see a flock of Nevermore and Griffins flying straight towards us.

I stood up and pulled out my guns, Oris, Ruby, and the others followed suit. This was going to be interesting.
