Chapter 18- Tickets for Two?

The reptilian woman and I looked at each other for a few more moments before she pulled her pants up faster than I saw anyone do in ever, I'm not sure if she even wiped, and ran into the forest. So instinctively, I ran after her.

I followed her into a clearing and seemingly lost her. But how? I was right behind her!

I closed my eyes felt the forest around me. There, the tree to my left. Suddenly she was gone I opened my eyes and saw her dark form jump down on me. I reached for my guns, but they weren't there. Damn, I left them at camp! Her feet planted right in my chest and sent me barreling backwards. I summersaulted and came up with a freshly fallen branch. Not my ideal weapon, but I had it mold itself into a sword, I'm flexible that way.

She pulled out her weapon to. It resembled Weiss's rapier, but this one segmented into a whip, as she had it do now. She rapped the whip around my new weapon and electric arcs ran up and down the whip, singeing the wood.
She looked at me in surprise. She was trying to electrocute me!

I took her surprise as a chance and pulled my weapon back sending her off balance towards me. I kicked her feet out from under, but she grabbed onto my shirt as she fell, bringing me with her. My face landed right between her boobs. How do I keep getting into these positions?!

I got up and placed my wooden sword against her throat and said, "Don't boob-" Wait, did I just say "Don't boob?" How embarrassing!

Her mask had fallen off and she looked up at me with a hateful blush, her eyes burning with anger and embarrassment.

"What are you doing out here White Fang scum?" I said carefully making sure I said it right.

She looked at me and smirked, simply replying, "Waiting for a train."

"Train?" I asked confused, "What train?"

Far off in the forest I heard and explosion, coming from where the abandoned city was supposed to be. "Oh, that train."

Her turn to take advantage of my surprise, she slammed her forehead into my cheek and pushed me back before running into the forest.

My team almost immediately showed up with Baron a second later, after the girl was already gone.

"What happened," Lena said, "We heard fighting and you were gone without your weapons."

Oris shook my belt at me and I took it.

"I ran into a White Fang member," I said strapping on my guns, "She said she was waiting for a train."

Racing through the forest

Turns out Baron had a few ATV's stashed away not to far from the drop point in case of emergency escape was necessary. However, instead of running away from danger, we were racing right for it.

We arrived at a huge hole still far away from our destination, where we found a wrecked train car. We ventured into the tunnel the hole exposed, ATV's max speed, with the train a good way ahead of us.

"What the Hell is a train doing out here?" Baron shouted over the wind.

"I don't know Mr. Ranger, you tell us, you're supposed to know these woods!" Kuana shouted back.

We were about a hundred feet from the train when another train car unattached itself from the train.

"Swerve!" Baron shouted.

I think this would be a good time to mention who was on the ATV's. Baron was riding alone on his like a hotshot biker, Lena was on another with Kuana on the seat behind her, and I was riding one with Oris behind me on the seat, where I think she was chewing on my hair... Anyway, back to real time.

We swerved out of the way just in time as the car barreled past us and exploded. I looked back and saw several Grimm poring through the hole the explosion had made.

Baron gained with the train first and hopped off onto it, his ATV slowed behind him and we followed suit. When we got on top of the car we saw team RWBY, Oobleck, and a corgi already engaged in battle with many White Fang soldiers.

"Ruby!" I shouted as we charged into help them. I fought my way to Ruby until we were back to back.

"Roman is at the front of the train, they need help stopping him," she said pointing to the rest of team RWBY who were already descending into the train.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Go," she assured me.

Me and my team followed after team RWBY and into the train.

As we went through the train, Kuana stayed behind to fight one the Paladins and White Fang members. In the next car the girl I had saw before with Roman stood waiting for us.

"Go ahead," Yang said and everyone but me continued to the next car. Yang looked at me questioningly.

"What kind of boyfriend would I be if I left her big sister behind?" I asked playfully. Yang smiled and turned back to the girl.

Neo, that was her name. Neo walked up to us and looked us both up and down. When she blinked I thought I saw her eye color switch.

I looked Neo up and down to and said mockingly, "A ticket for two please?"

Neo scowled and opened her umbrella as Yang threw the first punch. The blast flared around the umbrella and didn't seem to go through. Neo then closed her umbrella and kicked Yang's legs out from under her then kicked her across the car.

Neo then started for me and I fired multiple shots at her all of which harmlessly deflected off of her umbrella which she had opened before her. What was that thing made of?! She then closed her umbrella and went to smash it into the side of my face. I turned my guns back into swords and moved quickly to block it. Once my blades locked with her umbrella, I could see multiple different covered wires weaved like thread through out the umbrella giving it the appearance of cloth. Whoever made it was an artist.

Yang came out of nowhere and bashed at Neo, who swiftly disengaged from me and dodged.

And so it went, me and Yang back and forth, with this strange petite girl taking no damage at all.

Soon I found myself thrown against the wall of the car and Yang laying helpless on the ground.
I watched as Neo pulled out the handle of the umbrella, which revealed a hidden sword, and held it just above Yang's chest.

"Yang!" I shouted.

Suddenly a rift appeared by the front of the car, opening wider until it resembled a portal. I watched a woman, dressed in armor similar to that of a samurai, and wearing a Grimm mask that covered enough of her head to be a helmet.

Neo backed away from Yang and seemed visibly disturbed by this woman's appearance. She backed a away a few more steps before disappearing seemingly into the air, as the mysterious woman began to unsheathe a blood red katana.

The woman sheathed the katana and looked at me.

"You're not White Fang," I said, "Who are you?"

Yang began to stir and looked up at the mysterious woman and mumbled, "Mom?"

The woman looked at Yang and then back to me before disappearing into the portal she had come from.
