The train ride to Beacon didn't take long. We arrived in about 15 minutes. As we started to the school, I looked up to the tallest tower, where Ozpin's office would be. I looked around and saw several students wearing the school uniform.

Naturally we never had to wear them since our school consisted of only me and the other three. Not to mention our school was a ruined castle deep in the forests of Vale where said forests are infested with various types of dangerous Grimm which came quite in handy for our training, not to handy for a nice nighttime stroll.

We began walking through the cafeteria. There was a large thump from one of the tables nearby that caught our attention. We all stopped to see girl in a red cape standing at the head of a table over a big book directing what sounded like a speech to her team. She started like, "Sisters, friends, Weiss..."
A white haired girl with a scar on her eye responded with a offended "Hey!".
The girl continued, "Four score and seven minutes ago, I had a dream." "This outta be good," commented a blonde haired girl before catching a grape in her mouth.
The girl went on, "A dream that one day, the four of us would come together, as a team, and have the most fun anyone has had ever!"
"She sounds like you Lena," Kuana commented.
"Did you steal my binder?" the white haired girl I assume was Weiss asked.
The girl responded, "I am not a crook."
The girl who had a black bow on her head asked, "What are you talking about?"
"I'm talking about kicking the semester off with a bang!" said the girl.
"Well I always kick off my semester with a 'Yang'!" the girl with the blonde hair said jokingly.

A girl from another table "booed" the joke and tossed the apple at the face of the girl who was apparently named Yang.

The girl continued, "Look guys, it's been a good two weeks, and between more exchange students arriving and the tournament at the end of the year, our second semester is going to be great! But classes start tomorrow, which is why I've taken the time to schedule a series of wonderful events for us today."
Yup, she sounded like Lena.
"I don't know whether to be proud or scared of what you have in store," said Weiss.

Yang picked up the apple that was thrown at her and returned it back to the sender, which missed and hit Oris in the nose, which she had stuck in a book, causing Oris to fall over.

"I don't know," said the girl with the black bow, "I think I might sit this one out."

"Sit out or not, I think however we spend this last day, we should do it as a team," said Weiss, "I for one think that-"

At that moment the girl who first threw the apple yelled, "I got it!" and chucked a pie at Yang which went drastically off course and smacked Weiss square in the face. And I already knew what was going to happen.

One short and epic food fight later.....

Me and my team stood at the edge of a delicious battlefield, somehow unharmed by the great battle that took place before our eyes.

Suddenly, a blonde woman with glasses and a riding crop barged through the main cafeteria doors. With a flick of her riding crop, the damage began to reverse itself until everything was as it was before the food fight.

She the pushed up her glasses and said to the two guilty teams, "Children please, do not play with your food."

The teams all sat down on their benches and one of them burped. Suddenly Yang fell from the ceiling and landed on a table narrowly missing Blake. ( I learned the names watching the fight.)

The lady with the riding crop growled in frustration and a man with white hair and a cane came up behind her.
"Let it go," he said soothingly.
The lady sighed and responded, "They are supposed to be the defenders of the world."
"And they will be," he said reassuringly, "But right now they are still children. So why not let them play the part? After all, it isn't a role they will have forever."

The grey haired man looked over to me and my team and said, "You must be team LOKE. I was awaiting your arrival. I hope you enjoyed the show."

Everyone's eyes immediately turned to us. I recognized the girl Blake from the fight at the docks and she seemed to recognize me. She must wear the bow to hide her ears. I recognized no one else except for-

I stopped and locked eyes with the girl named Ruby. The girl with the Silver Eyes.

Ozpin was talking, probably still greeting us or something, but I didn't hear, my eyes and all my senses were on Ruby. Her big Silver Eyes, innocent, trusting, full of love and life, with something hidden deep within, something sadden-

Once again my train of thought is derailed by Oris when she jabbed her finger into my ribs. Ozpin was taking us to his office for enrollment. I took one last glance at Ruby and left with my team.

Third person POV

Ruby watched as team LOKE left the cafeteria. That boy, with the fox ears... what was it about him? The way he looked at her, he seemed to see into her soul.

"That's the same team from the fight at the docks," Blake told RWBY and JNPR, "The girl in the tights is the leader I think."

Ruby continued to stay lost in thought.

"You okay Rubes?" asked Yang.

"Huh? Oh yeah, I'm fine..."
"You sure?"
"Positive."
"You know what I think?"
"No..."
" I think you like him."
"What?! No!!"
"Aww come on Rube!"
"No!"

But Ruby wasn't sure what she felt. Little did anyone on either team know what was to come in the coming weeks.
