Chapter 23

*Skylar's POV*
The doctor told me they wanted to keep me for a week because of my arm. I was sitting in a creepy ass hospital bed watching Love&Basketball waiting for Matthew to bring me some doughnuts. I heard someone knock.

"Come in," I said pausing my movie. In comes Taylor.

"Hey Tay!" I said smiling.

"Hey beautiful," He said. He seemed nervous about something or multiple somethings.

"What's wrong Tay?" I asked.

"Well I can only talk to you about one thing. So the guys were talking about bringing more girls on tour so we can have guys and girls meeting us. So they want me to ask you if you and Trina want to come," He said.

"Yea I'd love to. Just ask Trina and wait for me to heal," I said smiling.

"Alright cool," He said.

"What's the other thing bothering you Tay?" I asked.

"Nothing. I gotta go. Bye," He said and left. That was super weird. I wonder what's on his mind. I heard my door open and in came Matthew and Katrina. Matthew got me a doughnut and sat down.

"You ok?" Matthew asked.

"Tay asked if me and Katrina wanted to go on tour with you guys. I said I would but Katrina if you want to come just call Tay," I said.

"Why do you call him Tay and me Matthew?" He asked.

"I don't really know. I guess I'm so used to calling you Matthew," I said.

"Oh. I was hoping you would give me a nickname or something," He said then moved his chair so he could see the tv. He's acting weird.

"Who's all going on tour?" I asked.

"Me, you, Kat(aka thats his nickname for Katrina), Taylor, Nash, Hayes, Aaron, Cameron, Carter, Jack, Jack, Sammy, Skate, Dillon, Kenny, and Mahogany." He said.

"What about Shawn? Why isn't he coming?" I asked.

"I guess he's busy now can we just watch the movie," He said.

"Im really excited to meet Skate, Dillon, and Kenny," I said.

"Yea I guess it will be great for you to meet them," He said.

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked.

"No. Im just trying to watch the damn movie," He said raising his voice a little. I just decided to stay silent.

The movie ended and I was getting thirsty.

"Hey Trina can you go get me something to drink. Either chocolate milk or Root Beer please," I said.

"Yea I got you girl," she said. She walked out and Matthew looked at me.

"Now I can't even go get my girlfriend something to drink. Gosh I just cant do anything right. Now I fucking losing you to Taylor!" He said.

"What the hell are you talking about?!?!" I asked.

"He's got a nickname and I don't. He always calls you beautiful. He's always there when I do something wrong. I was the one that was going to ask you about tour not him," he said.

"Seriously? Matthew why do you get so jealous. You are the only guy I want. I don't got a nickname for you because I love your name. You mean so much to me. Just because me and Taylor are close dont mean im going to leave you. You do so much for me thats why i don't ask you to do everything for me," I said.

"I just don't want to lose you again. I've lost you because I've been stupid and I just cant lose you to Taylor," He said.

"Babe you wont lose me to Taylor. You are mine and you mean so much to me. I love you so much. I will never leave you," I said.

"I hope tour is going to be fun," He said smiling that beautiful smile I love and adore.

"I love your smile. It always makes me smile and feel so much better," I said smiling.

"Your smile makes me happy. I don't know if I can handle you being around all me and the guys. Its will be really hot and you will be wearing shorts and crop tops and they will all be starring at you," He said.

"Matt you'll be there to. Everyone will know im yours. Plus all the fans will be all over you. There's more fans than there are of the boys," I said. Katrina came back with a chocolate milk and a root beer.

"I figured you could put the chocolate milk in the fridge and drink the root beer now," She said.

"Good thinking!" I said. We decided to just watch movies for the rest of the day. The nurses came in a checked on me every once in a while. Around 12:43 we decided to go to sleep.
