Chapter 27

I woke up to 6 missed calls and a text from Ethan.

From: Ethan
Good morning beautiful. I hope you enjoyed your sleep(:

I texted him back saying good morning. I saw I had a missed call from Nash, Cam, Katrina, and three from Matthew. Since Katrina is my cousin I called her first.

"Hey," She said.

"What's up?" I asked.

"We are all taking a break from tour for a week just to get away. But we are thinking about ending it until you are ready to come back," She said.

"Oh. Well that's cool. When will y'all be home?" I asked.

"Tomorrow," she said.

"Cool," I said.

"Yea but I'm going to take a nap. Bye," She said and hung up.

I decided I should call Matt back just to make sure it wasnt anything important.

"Hello," he said.

"Hey what did you need?" I asked.

"Are you seeing or talking to anyone?" He asked.

"No why?" I asked.

"I don't want you seeing anyone." He said bluntly.

"Why? We aren't together. You broke up with me. You said we were done for good," I said.

"I still want you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you but I just want to be single right now," He said.

"So you don't want me to talk to any guys because you still want me but you dont wanna get back together because you wanna fuck around with other girls? How is it fair that I have to sit here and wait for you to be ready?" I asked getting mad.

"Because if you date someone you might end up falling for them and then I won't be able to get you back," he said.

"Who says I'll want you back Matthew?" I asked. We sat there in silence for a few.

"I... I gotta go. Bye," he said.

"Ma-" I said but heard him hang up.

I heard my phone start ringing. I looked at the name and saw it was Ethan.

"Hey," I said smiling.

"Hey beautiful are you busy today?" He asked.

"Nope why?" I asked.

"I was gonna see if you wanted to go to the movies or me come over and we could watch netflix," he said.

"You come over around 6:30. Ill order so pizza and wings and we can just watch netflix," I said.

"Ok see you in 5 hours," He said.

"See you then," I said.

"Bye beautiful," he said and hung up.

I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs. I started cleaning the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, and the hallway. I went upstairs and cleaned all the rooms, the bathroom in my room, the bathroom in Katrina's room, the closets, the hallways, and the ceiling fans. I vacuumed the stairs. All that took 3 hours. I ran to my bathroom and turned on the water. I stripped out of my clothes and got into the shower. I did all the normal stuff and got out. I plugged in my straightener and watched to my closet. I got my purple bra and blue panties. I put on my yoga pants and and a tank top. I grabbed an oversize t-shirt and put it on. I put on some socks and walked back to the bathroom. I blow dried and brushed my hair and started doing my hair.

I finished my hair and put on a bandana. I look at myself one last day and hear the doorbell. I shut my bathroom door and walk downstairs. I look out the peep hole on the door and see Ethan. I open the door, hug him, and let him in.

"Im going to go light a candle to get the smell out of the house. Then I'll order the pizza and wings," I said.

"I'll order the pizza and wings, you can do the candle and netflix," he said.

"Ok," I said. I grabbed my candle and lit it and then turned on my 360. I clicked on netflix and waited for it to load.

"Pizza and wings are order and will be here in a hour. What movie are we gonna watch?" He asked.

" Ferris Bueller's Day Off," I said smiling.

"Sounds good to me beautiful," he said smiling.

"You always call me beautiful," I said laughing.

"Because you are," he said. I walked to the hallway closet and grabbed a blanket. I sat on the middle seat on the couch and he sat on my right. I grabbed the controller and pressed play. I covered up and laid my head on Ethan's shoulder.

After watching that the doorbell rang. Ethan got up and opened the door. He grabbed the pizza and the wings and paid the guy. He sat down and i went and grabbed two cans of Pepsi. I started the Ninja Turtles movie and we both started eating.

"Who's your favorite turtle?" He asked.

"Mikey," I said.

"Same," He said.

Once I was full I sat back on the couch and covered back up. Ethan picked up the pizza box, the wing box, and our cans and took them to the kitchen.

"I could have got that later," I said looking at him as he sat back down on the couch.

"I know but I still got it out of your way," he said putting his arm around me.

"Well thank you for doing that," I said. I laid my head back on his shoulder and watched Mikey act a fool on the movie. We were both laughing and just enjoying ourselves. The first time in a while that I felt happy, relaxed, and myself. No drama with Matt or Sammy or Gilinsky or any of the guys. Just me finally enjoying myself.

"Are you going to go on tour with the boys and your girls?" Ethan asked.

"I want to because I feel like I'd enjoy myself and it would make the fans happy ya know," I said.

"Then do it," he said.

"I just don't want there to be drama or awkwardness because then the fans would get suspicious and ask all these questions," I said.

"But aren't they already asking questions?" He asked.

"Yea but then they'd ask more and more questions," I said.

"I think you should just go back on tour. You seem like you'd enjoy it and i know you love making the fans happy," Ethan said.

"Yea I more than likely will," I said.

Ninja Turtles ended and I started If I Stay. Since i wanted to lay down Ethan laid on the couch and I laid on top of him. He covered us up and we continued watching the movie.

The movie was almost over and me and Ethan were falling asleep.

"Hey is it ok if I just stay the night?" He asked.

"Yea. And before you say it no you arent sleeping on the couch. You can come sleep in the bed with me," I said.

The movie ended and we both walked upstairs to my room after I turned everything off and locked the doors. I opened my door and turned on the ceiling fan. I crawled in bed and Ethan did after he took off his sweats, he had on basketball shorts under them, and his shirt. He pulled the blanket up and cuddled closer to me.

"Good night beautiful," He said.

"Good night handsome," I said. After that i slowly drifted off into a deep sleep.
