willows pov"Of course." I smile and wrap my arms around her. But suddenly I see someone with a knife running behind us. "Evelyn watch out!" I push her away making her fall, as I see the knife raise into the air above me.
I rush towards the person with the knife in hopes to knock the knife away from Evelyn, but instead, the person kicks me and I fall to the floor. Suddenly Evelyn rushes up behind the person and grabs the knife from their hand. "Step. Away. From. Her." She growls and holds the knife to the person's neck. "Who are you and what the f*ck do you want?" She says with a sinister look on her face.
"Nobody, I'm literally nobody." The boy cries, tears in his eyes now the roles are reversed. "Oh, drop the scared little boy act. I don't like liars." Evelyn snaps, the boy goes from sad to angry and is now looking at her with rage in his eyes. "Want to know how I can tell you're a liar?" Evelyn smirks.
"I have a feeling you're going to tell me whether I want you to or not." The boy chuckles, this seems to enrage Evelyn even more. If I'm being honest this side of Evelyn was weirdly attractive... it was making me feel... strange.
"This isn't a knife you got from your local butcher shop. It's got an inscription on it, nomen est omen." Evelyn sighs as she throws the knife, barely missing my face. Little close there Ev.
Evelyn pulls out a handful of £100 bills from her pocket and holds it up to the boy. "This is what you want right? Take it and never show your face again... or your name." She snaps. "Fine. But I want my knife too." The boy sighs and grabs the money from Evelyn, I kneel down and pick up the knife throwing it at him. "What the f*ck?!" He yells, I look at his cheek and it's pouring with blood where the knife scraped him.
"That b*tch made me bleed!" The boy shouts stamping his feet like a toddler. "Call her that again and you'll wish that was the only injury you sustained." Evelyn snaps and the boy runs away. Kinda hot. Suddenly I feel a pain in my chest and I put my hand on it bending over slightly, where he had kicked me really hurt. "Ugh..." I sigh. And Evelyns' gaze shoots over to me. "Willow!" She yells and runs over to me. "Are you okay?" She asks holding me up.
"He— he's getting away." I whine, trying to hide the pain. "Shh, don't worry about that right now. Let's just get home." Evelyn smiles. "My chest— he..." I try to speak but it hurts too bad. "I'll help." Evelyn smiles and picks me up yet again.
*time skip to the plane*
I sat by the window staring out of it, Evelyn had given me some tablets for the pain so my chest wasn't hurting as bad now. "Willow?" She says standing behind me. "Are you okay?" She asks.
"I can't believe you let him go." I sigh and she looks at me. "You're the one who threw the knife at him." She shrugs and I turn to look at her. "I thought it would distract him! That could have been the man who attacked Thea and now he's roaming the streets with the money you gave him!" I sigh.
Evelyn smirks slightly. "All of my money has tracking chips implanted, I've already contacted the police department, they will find him. In the meantime, I'll call the doctor and get him to see you when we land." She smiles, resting a hand on my shoulder.
"Don't bother. Now that the panic has subsided I can tell it isn't anything serious. He kneed my chest, all I'll have is a nasty bruise." I sigh and turn away from Evelyn. "Just... this could've all been avoided if you hadn't seen your boss alone." She sighs and I growl furiously. "I am not having this argument with you again. We have already been over it." I snap.
"And yet I still don't understand!" She seethed. "That sounds like a you kind of problem. Now leave me alone. I'm exhausted." I sigh and Evelyn walks away, in all honesty, all I wanted was Evelyn to stay near me. But I couldn't let her know that.
*time-skip to them back home.*
We have just walked into the house, not talking at all since the plane. "There you are!" Delilah shouts from the top of the staircase. Evelyn and I both gasp. "You scared the sh*t out of me Delilah. What do you want?" Evelyn sighs and Delilah looks down at us. "Nothing from you. I need to talk to Willow." Delilah smiles and looks at me.
"Now's not really a good time— we just—" "I'll meet you in your room. I want to get out of these clothes first." I interrupt. I also want to check how bad the bruises on my chest were. Delilah nods and walks back into her room and Evelyn turns to look at me. "I—" "Don't even speak to me right now. I'm tired, I'm in pain, I'm angry, and I just want to do my job." I sigh and walk away.
*upstairs in the bathroom.*
Let's see the damage. I lift off my shirt to see a huge bruise in the centre of my chest. Just a bruise, hurts like a b*stard though.
I get into some comfier clothes and put my hair into a messy bun. Now it's time to go see what Delilah wants. I walk out of the bathroom and go down the hall to Delilahs' room "Hey." I smile as I walk in and over to Delilah, who is crouched on the floor packing some suitcases.
"Whats all this?" I ask. Delilah stands herself up, she has a bright pink face mask on. "First, tell me how your friend is doing." She says and walks closer to me. "How'd you know about that?" I questioned, with a concerned look on my face. "I text Evelyn. The girls and I went to the bar a few days ago and I wanted you to join us, but Evelyn told me what happened. Is your friend going to be okay?" She mumbles.
"I hope so, we might have found the man who did it, so that makes me feel a little bit better." I sigh. "I bet. And you know what else will make you feel better? A bachelorette party!" She smiles happily, a big grin on her face. "Is that what your packing for?" I ask and she nods her head, "I rented out the penthouse and rooftop of the best hotel in the country! And naturally, as my bridesmaid, I'd love for you to join us!" She says, almost begging in her words.
"What about your sisters?" I ask, I don't think Evelyn would be very happy if I were hanging out with Camilla. "Please. As if I want them there, except Violet, she will be there too." She smiles, it seems everyone's favourite is violet. "Oh, I'm not sure I'm up to it." I sigh, I hate parties. "But it's nothing crazy or over the top, just a rooftop pool, some drinks, and great massages!" She smiles and I look at her face, she seemed as if she needed me to be there.
"I guess I'll come, just for you. And I'll never say no to drinks and massages." I laugh. "Okay! We leave tomorrow morning at six, so make sure you've packed! Bikinis are a must." She smiles. I look at her concerned. "Uh, I didn't pack any." I say and she gasps. "It's the middle of winter!" I say and she nods her head. "I have a few extra you can borrow." She crouches down and picks up a small bag. "Here— you can pack the rest of your stuff in here too" She smiles and hands me the bag, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to pack, she has a whole suitcase. "Alright, thanks." I nod.
"Meet me in the foyer at 5:30 tomorrow." She points at me. "Will do." I smile and walk out, it was now about 9 pm, so I walk back into mine and Evelyns' room and climb into bed with her, as I lay down facing away from her I can feel her eyes on me. "Stop staring at me." I snap and she rolls over, that was a bit harsh, I don't think I should have said that. "Evelyn, I'm sorry-" I apologise and she interrupts me. "Just go to bed, Willow." She sighs and goes quiet.

Sorry for the short chapter.
I was so tempted to write that willow was stabbed by the boy but I wanted to do the bachelorette party, and I didn't think she would be going to a party with a stab wound.
