"I look like a cupcake." Delilah days staring at herself in the mirror. She had a white dress on that was tight and frilly at the top but puffy at the bottom. She did look quite like a cupcake but I wasn't going to tell her that.

There was three of us sat on the couch watching her move her dress trying to make it look nicer. "Uh hello? Anyone home?" Delilah questions staring at us. Nobody answers her again so i look to my side to see them all looking slightly worried, i saw her...

*START OF FLASHBACK*

Willow and Andrea are sat in college in maths class, just before class has started. They are both 16.

"Can you believe it? We are officially in college!" Andrea says happily smiling over at Willow. They both laugh as they get their books from their bags.

"I know right, it's almost hard to believe!" Willow excitedly says. She pulls out a different book from her bag that has her name on the front along with a few doodles. She opens the first page and starts drawing.

"Are you drawing again willow?" Andrea asks trying to snoop over at willows book but she moves it away. "Yeah, I've got so many ideas recently I'm not sure why." Willow smiles.

"Can i see?" Andrea smiles and pulls her glasses from her head onto her nose. "Sure, but they aren't done yet so don't judge too harsh!" Willow laughs staring at Andrea who sighs loudly.

"You're your own biggest critic, will." She laughs grabbing the notebook from willows hands. "Willow... this is..." Andrea stares intensely at the drawing. It was a long green dress with a few flowers dotted on it and no shoulders.

"I told you not to judge!" Willow says grabbing her book back. "Amazing!" Delilah laughs, willow looks quite shocked as if she was surprised someone else found her work good. "Seriously! This is the best thing you've designed yet, hands down."

"Thank you Drea, it feels let i spent years on it!" Willow laughs. "Will you actually do it? Make the dress?" Delilah questions.

"Yeah I'd like to, i just need to convince my mom to give me her living room curtains! They are the perfect colour and design." They both laugh.

"Oh, she'll let you! She's the sweetest person in the world! And a tiny bit of a pushover." They both continue laughing before getting interrupted by their teacher "okay class! Lets get started!"

"Sorry, and it is a little cupcake like." I admit. I didn't want to lie but I didn't wanna sound mean so i tried to make it sound slightly nicer. "I disagree, i think it's really cute. It could be taken in a slight bit around your waist though." Liane smiles.

"Its horrible, Delilah. 0/10 you look like something i'd eat at my birthday." Andrea says with a total straight face. Brutal. "Thats what I thought!" Delilah storms off back into the changing rooms.

"Ouch much?" Liane scoffed staring at Andrea. "It's what she wanted to hear and you know it. She knew it was ugly she just needed us to say it." Andrea replied whilst flicking through a magazine.

I look back up and see Delilah walk out in a new dress, it was beautiful. A white dress with a flowery material for the top, it made Delilah look amazing. "I look like a milk carton." Delilah cries staring into the mirror.
