The door to the apartment opened revealing....

"Neena? What the hell!" I yelled as she

tried to pounce on me but she was having trouble getting past Will

"Can you move so I can wish my best friend a happy birthday" she practically growled.

"Hey Wolfie I'm talking to you" she continued yelling and Will continued to ignore her, but after a while I became fed up with their bickering and decided to intervene.

"Will back off she's a friend and she won't hurt me" I assured Will and took a step out from behind him, and was immediately bombarded by the smell of Neena's perfume

"I'm not just any friend I'm her best friend. Who are you?" Neena turned towards Will after having smothered me in a hug

"I'm her-"

"Friend" I said cutting him of before he could say the word 'mate'

"Yeah I'm a friend" Will said going along with the lie, all the while sending me a confused look.

"Oh well whatever. Lets go get this party started" she yelled and then dragged me into the apartment, I saw Will trying to escape out of the corner of my eye and quickly grabbed onto his arm

"If I have to suffer being around a drunk Neena then you do too" I said to him

"Hey I heard that" Neena complained

"That was the point and since its my birthday it means I can be as mean to you as I want and you can't get back at me" I said rather smugly

"I wouldn't be so sure of that" she muttered and before I could question her she ran of towards the centre of the room.

"So I take it there aren't any killers after you?" Will asked. Truth be told I knew anyone of the random people currently in my apartment could be the strange wolf I had smelt but I didn't think they were, there was just something about the strange wolf that had been so.... Cold, I guess that was the only way to describe what I had smelt but maybe I was just really superstitious after the last attack but that wasn't something I wanted to think about right now, after all it was my birthday and I was meant to be happy on my birthday not scared.

"Are you going to answer my question or are you just trying to think of an excuse to get me to stay" Will said suddenly, reminding me that I still hadn't answered his question

"Well I don't know if there are any killers after me but I do know that Neena will not let you escape this party", he opened his mouth to reply but I ignored him as Neena's voice boomed across the room

"Hey everyone guess what?" She asked

"What!" Everybody chorused back

"The parties being relocated to Luna Park" I let out a groan that was barely audible over the cheers of everyone.

"What don't you like Luna park?" Will asked, probably thinking I was out of my mind

"No it's not that, I love Luna Park, it's just every time I go I always end up doing something stupid" I said glumly

"It can't be that bad" Will said clearly not knowing what he was talking about

"Yeah well last time I went to Luna Park with Neena I ended crying for my mum on one of the rides, it was so embarrassing and, just my luck, I happened to be sitting next to one of the hottest guys in the world" a low growl escaped his lips and I realised what I had said. Crap. He might not like me like that but his wolf wouldn't like the idea of me eying another guy

"Will sorry I didn't mean to get your wolf all riled up" he just waved a hand at me dismissively

"Don't worry it's not like I haven't been with other girls" I held back a growl of my own and glared at him, what a jerk! Here I am feeling bad for making his wolf jealous and he goes and does the exact same thing on purpose.

"Will maybe you shouldn't come to Luna Park with us, I'm sure you have better things to do" I said my voice sounding cold and distant

"Hah as if I'm going to let anyone leave" I turned to look at Neena who had just arrived and reclaimed her spot next to me

"But Neena-" she cut me off

"No ifs or buts, no one is going to miss out on seeing you embarrass yourself" great

"Some best friend you are, you're meant to make my birthday great" I teased

"The minute you saw my pretty face your birthday was great" she said cockily and I just rolled my eyes

"Hey what's that meant to mean?" She said, referring to my eye-rolling.

"It means you better hurry up and get us to Luna Park before I change my mind" she nodded and then began rounding everyone up like sheep.

I walked up to my room to make sure my hair hadn't gone crazy since the last time I checked on it and surprisingly Will followed behind me.

"I'm just heading to my room you don't have to follow me, you know, it's kind of creepy" he chuckled, man I missed his laugh so much, too bad his attitude had to ruin it

"Well since I don't know anyone at this party I'm going to have to stick with you" he said. I smiled and quickly checked over my dark blue jeans and plain black shirt, my hair actually looked good in a pony tail for once and once I was satisfied I exited my room with Will in tow and headed to the living room where everyone was talking about how we were going to get to Luna Park, I snuck a look at Will and mentally prepared myself for the crap he would give me if I cried on a ride again. Oh this was going to be one hell of a night.
