I love how stories can bring people together and I'm grateful to those of you who have been a part of this story. For all the support and encouragement I am uploading an extra chapter as a thank you. I've written many stories before and I had the least faith in this story and you guys have made me realise that you should believe in everything you do.

I gasped as a fist landed in my gut with brutal force that left me gasping for air. I kicked the back of one of his knees making my attacker fall to the ground, landing on his knees. Using his hair as leverage I pushed his face into the ground, and the sound of something breaking soon followed
"He will get you" the guy said through a bleeding nose "he won't stop until he does. Your falling right into his trap and you don't even know it" his warning seemed like one that should be heeded and it sent shivers of fear down my spine
"Who's trap?" I asked with an unsteady voice, although I had a feeling that I already knew the answer
"Quinn's" I dropped his face back into the dirt and this time he didn't get back up, he was knocked out cold but his words remained.

Quinn-grunt- was- hit- back- "enough!" I yelled at the top of my lungs "that's enough!" I attacked the guy who was closest to me letting out all my fury
"Why me?" I yelled as I attacked another guy
"Haven't I suffered enough?" Another man down
"Well I've had enough" this time it was a girl I took down
"No more broken little girl here comes Shanan, the old Shanan, the Shanan I want to be!" I took down countless people and my anger still wasn't out of my system. A pair of strong arms grabbed me from behind and pulled me against a solid chest. I fought against the hold thinking it was 'the enemy' until they spoke low and gruff into my ear.

"Enough Shanan, it's over"
"But for how long, how long until someone else comes to take me down? Why me?" I turned around in Will's arms only to realise it wasn't Will holding me
"Jared?" I asked in confusion and disappointment
"I told you I'd be there for you" he said with a smile. I looked around and found the person I had wanted to comfort me. There a long distance away stood Will, his words from last night came back to me; 'I don't give up' that was what he had said and despite his words he still wasn't there for me, he still wasn't fighting for me. He did fight against the wolves for me but eventually that would stop mattering, no matter how many times he fought battles for me it didn't make up for all the other things he had put me through or all the times he had abandoned me. I guess I really was moving on. I looked up at Jared
"You kept your promise" to say the least I was surprised that Jared hadn't left Will and I too fight the wolves on our own. He had fought his own pack members for me
"I never go back on my promises" he said and the first thing that came to mind was, I really hope so.

Reading takes you to a whole new world.
Writing allows you to create a whole new world.
Sometimes you write or read good things to escape bad things when you should be reading or writing a crappy ending so you appreciate what you have.
