I was finally making the dreaded trip to the pack where my father lived. I had pictured this moment many times but never had I thought that Will and Neena would be accompanying me. I turned my head towards Will who looked disgruntled and then I turned towards Neena who had a creepy smile on her face, as though she was planning something. Something evil, that I would not enjoy!
I felt myself getting slightly exerted and I knew Neena probably felt more fatigued than me since she didn't have the stamina of a werewolf, unlike Will and I.
"Maybe we should camp out here?" I suggested, I looked at our surroundings wearily. I wasn't really the out doors kind of girl and looking at the vast length of forest that surrounded us and the eery sound of life coming from the trees made me feel unease.
Will begrudgingly unearthed a tent from his massive bag.
"Neena where's the other tent?" He asked
"Um I guess I forgot it, oh well we'll just share" she said smugly, making me believe she wasn't as innocent as she made herself out to be.
"You guys can share I'll just sleep outside" Neena's face held an annoyed look as she eyed Will with frustration
"No. I'm the Alpha's sister and I will not put down his name by letting a pack member sleep outside in the wilderness" I could tell that Neena's whole tough act was a bluff and she was just trying to play match maker but I didn't think it was wise for Will to sleep outside
"Just listen to her" I said to Will and Will, sensing that he wouldn't win, nodded in defeat.
