Izzy's POV
I woke up in the back seat of my Bronco. Drew was holding me to his chest, crying. Dad was driving. What's going on? Then I remember Harrison's betrayal. I snuggled into Drew's chest and started crying. "Oh, thank God you're awake," Drew cried. "Sweetheart, how are you feeling?" Dad asked. "Broken," I cried. "I'm so sorry, sweetheart. We packed all our clothes, and we left the pack. We haven't rejected the pack yet because we were waiting for you to wake up," Dad said as he drove. "Reject the pack? Why?" I asked. "You don't deserve that shit, and we are not going to belong to a pack whose alpha is an incompetent asshole. There was no way in hell we would stay there and watch them play house and act all innocent," Dad growled. "Drew, are you ok with this? Harrison is your best friend. He is like a brother to you?" I cried.

"You're right. He WAS my best friend, and he WAS like a brother to me, but you ARE my sister, and blood comes before anyone and anything," he stated. "I'm sorry," I cried. "For what?" Dad asked. "I ruined everything for you guys. If you guys had just kept away from me, you guys could still have been at the pack," I stated. Dad suddenly pulled over and got out. He opened the back door and gently grabbed my face. "Listen to me. You have ruined absolutely nothing. I don't regret reuniting with you. The only regret I have is wasting 11 years away from my kids. I ment it when I said I wasn't going anywhere ever again. Where ever you go, I go," Dad said as he hugged me.

I cried into his chest. His word meant everything to me. "I meant it when I said you were stuck with us. I'm not wasting any more time away from my family. Where you guys go, I go," Drew stated as he joined our hug. "I love you guys so much. Thank you for being here for me," I cried.

"We need to break the pack bond, or they will be able to track us," Dad said as he pulled away from our group hug. "We will be rogues," I stated the obvious. "We know, but hopefully, we won't be for long," Dad replied. "I, Izzy Locke, break all bonds tied to the Emerald pack and become a rogue," I said with a very heavy heart. I felt a sharp pain in my head then there was silence. "I, Gamma Andrew Locke, break all bonds tied to the Emerald Pack and become a rogue," Dad said with a sad smile. "I, Andrew Locke, the second, break all bonds tied to the Emerald Pack and become a rogue," Drew stated as a tear slid down his cheek.

Suddenly the 3 of us are screaming in pain. I fall off Drew's lap and wither in the seat, holding my head, screaming. Drew is holding his head, screaming. Dad is on the ground holding his head and screaming. "Fuck what have you done?" A female voice asked. "Fuck, fuck, fuck," she yells. "Drink this, hurry," she said as she handed me a vial. I just looked at the vial. "It will take the pain away," she said as she raised a vial to my lips. I don't give a fuck what it is. I need this pain to go away. It feels like my brain is trying to be pulled apart in a hundred different directions.

I drank whatever was in the vial. Within seconds the pain is gone. "Here, drink, now," she said as she handed a vial to Drew and then one to Dad. They looked at me, and I nodded my head. They both drank it. "What the fuck was that, and who the fuck are you?" Drew asked.

"Listen to me. I don't have time to explain right now. I will give you directions to a secure location about 25 minutes away. When we get there, I will explain everything. Right now, we all need to get in the car and get going. Now," bossy mystery woman ordered.
"Listen to her," Ravyn linked me. She sounds so weak. "Ravyn, are you ok?" I asked. "I will be. Please listen to her," Ravyn replied.

"Ravyn said to listen to her," I stated. "So did Atlas," Drew said while eyeing said mystery woman. "Cato also said to listen to her," Dad said as he got back into the driver's seat. "Then what are you waiting for?" She asked. Dad looked at her like she was stupid. "Um, directions, oh great one," Drew smirked. "Oh, right," she replied with a laugh.

She gave Dad the directions. She sat in the front seat, constantly looking out of the windows. "Are you looking for something?" I asked. "Just making sure we aren't being followed. I need you guys to watch the trees. Tell me if you see anything move or anything that looks out of place," she stated. "What the fuck is going on?" Drew growled. "Just do it," she ordered. "Just do it," I said as I shoved his shoulder. "Fine," he huffed.

I was watching the forest on the passenger side when something caught my eye. "Um, excuse me, mystery woman. What's that?" I asked as I pointed to what looked like a shadow jumping from tree to tree. "Fuck, step on it!" She ordered Dad. Dad didn't even hesitate. He put the pedal to the metal and floored it. Mystery woman rolled her window down. She turned and started moving her hands around in circles until a blue orb appeared between her hands. She launched it out of the window, hitting the shadow thing.

The shadow thing let out a horrifying screech. We all covered our ears. Suddenly Dad slammed on the brakes. We all lurched forward, Drew and I smacking the backs of the seats, and Dad and mystery women hit the dashboard and steering wheel. "What the fuck?" Drew growled. When I looked up and looked out of the windshield, I swear my heart dropped to my stomach. I've never seen anything like it. I don't think I've ever been so scared in my life.

Standing in front of us were rogue wolves and vampires. Fucking vampires. I've never seen a real vampire. Mystery women's eyes started to glow purple. "Break the binds. Release your beasts," she whispered. Drew and I looked at each other like she done lost her damn mind. The next thing I know, I feel this surge of power course through my body. My whole body was tingling. I felt my bones start to rearrange. Then I heard a howl like none I'd ever heard before. It scared the shit out of me. Then I heard a ferocious growl before everything went dark.
