Gamma Andrew's POV
I wanted to kill Harrison for hurting my baby girl. Lewis may be my best friend, but there is no way in hell we are staying here. When Izzy woke up, I was so relieved. It broke my heart to hear her cry over that fucker. I am so proud of Drew, though. He chose his family. He loves his sister, and she loves him.

When I broke the bond with the pack, I felt a slight pain in my head then it was silent. It was weird. It's never this quiet. When you're connected to 125 other people, you never have complete silence like this. It doesn't last long, though. An excruciating pain came ripping through my head. I was on the ground holding my head, screaming. The next thing I knew, some woman was handing us vials. We drank them. She promised to give us answers when we reached the secure location.

I was driving when I heard that horrific screech from whatever the hell that thing was outside. When I turned back to the road, I slammed on the brakes. There standing in front of us were rogue werewolves and vampires. I've never heard of rogue vamps and rogue wolves working together. "Break your binds. Release your beasts," I heard the women whisper. What the hell was that? Suddenly I feel this immense power surge through my entire body. My skin was tingling like it had electricity running through it. I heard a loud howl and a fierce growl. I tried to look around to see what was happening, but I couldn't. I just felt my eyes slowly shut. Then there was nothing.

Drew's POV
I wasn't sure about drinking this weird lady's concoction, but I was willing to do anything to stop this pain. I swear it felt like my brain was about to explode literally. This mystery woman is quite cute. She has long blue hair to her waist. She has beautiful green eyes. She is rather short, but it only makes her look cuter. What the hell is wrong with me?

Izzy nudged me and told me to look before she asked the mystery woman what was in the woods. I was in shock. I've never seen anything move like that. It was like a shadow or a blur hopping from tree to tree. What the fuck is that? When Dad suddenly hit the brakes, I smoked my head on the back of his seat. When I looked up, my heart stopped, and my blood turned cold. I know I said I've never seen anything like that shadow, but this, this, I have never seen before. Rogue wolves and vamps were surrounding us. Fuck what are we going to do? We can't take them all on. Hopefully, mystery woman has a few tricks up her sleeve.

"Break your binds. Release your beasts," she whispered. What the fuck was that. Suddenly I'm hit with a bolt of electricity shooting through my body. It felt like pure raw power exploding in my body. I heard a loud howl, then a ferocious growl. I wanted to know what the fuck was happening. Are we dieing? The next thing I knew I was surrounded in darkness.

Mystery woman, aka Ruby's POV
I was in the middle of lunch with some coven members when an uneasy feeling washed over me. I lightly shook it off. Another strange feeling washed over me, causing the hairs on my arms to rise. Oh shit. "Excuse me, ladies I just remember a crucial matter I must attend to. Same time next week?" I asked. "Yes, of course. Be careful," my friend Amelia said with a smile. "I will be," I said as I got up and walked steadily away from them. As soon as I turned the corner and was out of their sight, I took off running. Thank God I only live three blocks from the cafe we were having lunch at.

I ran into my house. I ran down to my basement and ran through the secret tunnel. When I reached the portal chamber, I stopped and calmed myself down. Fuck. My mother and grandmother have prepared me for this my whole life. I just didn't think I would actually ever experience it. I'm so nervous. I picked up my phone and called my mother and grandmother in our group call. They both answered. "It's time. Get everything ready. I'm going to get them now. They have broken their bonds to the pack. See you in an hour," I stated, then hung up. They didn't need any more information, and they didn't have to say anything. We have been prepared for this.

I retrieved the three vials and the pouch from the alter. I placed the vials in my bra. I pulled out the moon crystal from the pouch. I then pulled the dagger from my boot and cut my palm. I rubbed my blood all over the crystal. I clutched the crystal in my hand. I took a deep breath and then focused on what my destiny was. Goddess, I hope this works.

I threw the crystal against the wall, still focusing on my destiny. I slowly opened my eyes, and a portal was on the wall. Holy shit, it worked. I checked and made sure I had the vials then I walked through the portal. I came out on the road next to a Bronco, where I heard people screaming. Yep, I'm in the right place. I run to the car looking for the she-wolf. I have to get to her first. I find her and give her the vial. She drinks it then the males drink theirs.

We are driving when the she-wolf points out a rogue vamp following us. I conjure up an energy ball and hit the vamp. It won't kill him, but it hurts like a son of a bitch. He screeches so loud. Goddess, could he be a little less dramatic, fuck. Before I knew what was happening, I was smacking into the dashboard. When I looked up and out of the windshield, I knew we were fucked.

Shit, shit, shit. I know I'm not supposed to do this yet, but I have no choice. I call upon my ancestors and summon my magic. I feel my magic pulsating throughout my body. "Break your binds. Release your beats," I ordered. Please let this work, or we are all dead.

Suddenly the three of them started shaking and panting. The three of them leaned their heads back and let out a horrifying howl. It's so loud; it's almost deafening. Then they all let out a ferocious growl. The next thing I know, the 3 of them are out on the street. Within a matter of seconds, three giant black wolves were standing in their places. I've seen wolves before, but I've never seen any like these. They are the biggest wolves I've ever seen. They each have a white streak on their faces, which makes them look deadly. They are beautiful.

The three wolves take off together
They run straight for the rogues with no hesitation. They started ripping the rogues apart. I saw the female rip a vampire's heart out before she ripped his head off his body. The teeth on these wolves are massive. They are just ripping through the rogue's necks like they are made of butter. Their claws are sharp as hell. I saw one of the men run his hand down a rogue wolf's chest, and I swear his insides just came tumbling out. The rogues didn't stand a chance against these massive beasts. The three of them moved in sync like a beautifully choreographed ballet. The males were very protective of the female, even though she didn't need them to be. I'm pretty sure she could have taken out the rogues herself. Still, watching the three of them together was a sight to see. It was amazing.

When the last rogue died, the three wolves stood together, scanning the area. The three of them then took off into the woods. I wasn't sure what they were doing until they dragged five bodies from the trees and tossed them with the other bodies. Fuck, I see why they were spelled and protected. The goddess herself chose my family to keep this bloodline this family safe and hidden. I'm not sure what has happened for them to leave the protected boundaries of the pack, but I will find out.
