It had been a few month's since it all started, the couple couldn't be happier. But they were waiting on a very special arrival in those months that followed
With Cross being pregnant Nightmare had been taking Extra care of the smaller. And when he was busy he trusted Dream and Cross' personal servants to take care of him while he was gone.
Cross was both happy and frustrated at this, seeing as he had people over him for a while now, but it would be worth it in due time. He had his daily check ups every now and then to ensure both him and his baby was healthy, the smaller would often need magic from Nightmare to give him more strength to grow the baby
Without it would be a serious and heartbreaking problem-
Anyways-
Right now Cross was with Dream, Lust and Blue, they had accompanied him as usual, they were all in the garden (of course)
They were happy and chatting about nonsense. Blue was making flower crowns on the Ground while the others were on the bench.
Right now Nightmare was busy making rounds through the city, as needed for a royal to see what his people would need and was accompanied by a couple guards himself. The people loved they're new rulers as the Ex-king never even seemed to care for what they needed.
"Cross you just had 2 chocolate bars, you don't need anymore"
Dream shook his head smiling.
"He's right your Majesty, as much as it pains me to say, too much wouldn't be good for you"
Lust added, chuckling.
Blue hummed in agreement as he finished up his flower crown.
"You guys over exaggerate, I'll be fine"
Cross sighed, this was agony, he couldn't even drink coffee for stars sake.
"You'll be fine, but the future heir will not". Blue replied, smiling.
Cross huffed and gently held his stomach.
They were right, but it broke his heart to not have his treats.
Whatever, then he remembered something.
"Oh! We finally have a name for him".
The smaller smiled as he said this.
This perked everyone's interest.
"Really!, do tell". Lust added
"It's Incubux, we agreed it would be Incubux".
Dream pulled the other into a hug gently, he chuckled. "That's so cute"
They all exchanged a laugh before Cross stop laughing...
He grunted in pain and held his stomach, this alarmed the other 3 and they quickly stood up.
"Your Majesty are you alright?!"
Blue panicked.
Cross whined, looking at the other before replying
"T-The baby- h-hes"
Cross couldn't finish his sentence as he felt another contraction occur, he was in pain.
The other knew what he ment as Lust and Dream went to help Cross stand to lead him away to a specific room, while Blue quickly ran inside to approach both a guard and another servant.
"Ink! Quickly call a doctor!!, Error send a message to the King that His Majesty is in labor, we'll get everything set up!!"
Both panicked and quickly ran to fulfill they're task as Blue ran back to get some towels.

Cross was placed onto the bed after he was dressed into different clothing quickly. His water had already broken and he was in pain.
