Setting up camp near the hot springs, Isabela announced her dibs for them first, only to have Merrill tell her there is no need to take turns, which turned all the men's faces pink. "Lia should join us." Merrill smiled, I sighed, shaking my head.
"If I must..."
"You ladies go ahead," Sebastain smiled at us, "We'll finish setting up camp." Nodding, I set down my things and took out my bathing items before following the other two woman.
(Fenris's P.O.V)
"The women are in the bath, shall we head to ours?" Varric asked.
"We could be like boys again and spy on them." I shot my head over in Hawke's direction as he suggested it, my eyes widened in surprised.
"You spy on the women?"
"Aw come on, Fenris. You never did?" Anders grinned.
"No! Danarius did not ever...I never..." The sentence trailed off and I grew bitter.
"Then he hasn't really lived, has he?" Anders asked Hawke, who shook his head.
"Yes, yes, pity the slave!" I snarled.
"Then let's go," Varric stood up and walked towards where the women were, "Broody needs to live a little."
"Andraste's flaming sword," Sebastian breathed, shaking his head, "This is ill advisable!"
"Then stay behind," Hawke shrugged, "Come on, Fenris." Scowling, I stood up myself and gave an apologetic look to the chantry brother before walking after Hawke.
Crouching behind a rock, I looked next to me to see Hawke looking out from behind it, grinning like a fool. "You are all lechers." I growled, looking over to Varric and Anders. "I admire Sebastian's choice of staying back at camp." Hawke grinned.
"Lia's the only one in there, and she doesn't look half bad." Damn him. "It also seems her tattoos stretch farther than just her torso." Damn him...My curiosity peaked as I slowly turned and looked, positive my eyes were going to fall out of their sockets. Lia was stunning, though steam covered most of her body, I couldn't take my eyes from her. "Fenris, stop staring, stop!" I heard Hawke hiss as he tried to pull me back, but it was to late; Lia met my eyes.
"Like the view, Fenris?" Noticing the other three abandoned their places, I put my head down in shame and walked out from behind the rock. "Well?" She asked again, did she really want me to answer? "Would you like to join me? The other two are done with their baths." For a moment, I considered her offer, but when she saw me do so, a dangerous look formed in her eyes.
"No, I won't." I said quickly, she sighed and went back to washing herself.
"I suppose you are better than Hawke, Anders would boil me in these waters before joining me."
"No man should be naked with a woman unless in a relationship or married."
"But they can stare?" Realizing, I quickly looked away, my ears turning pink.
"No...my apologies..."
"I don't mind, you know." Getting whiplash would be an understatement, the force of how quickly I looked back up at her caused my hand to fly up and cradle my neck; causing her to giggle. "I do not mind you of all people looking, we are elves of the same so called...homeland...and you are descent enough."
"Have you no shame?" I asked, staring into the water, becoming suddenly fascinated in its depths. The sound of splashing and the rippling of the water alerted me that she was moving; whether further away or closer to me, I didn't know. When I felt a cold draft, I realized she was behind me, making an electric bolt shoot up my spine.
"Your turn..." She purred into my ear, before I knew it, I hit the scalding water with a crash!
(Lia's P.O.V)
I grinned with satisfaction as Fenris came sputtering and coughing to the surface of the hot spring, his markings glowing bright. "Witch," He growled, sputtering and coughing again, "I could have drowned!"
"But you didn't, can you not swim?"
"No!"
"I can't either..." He was still looking away from me, but I saw his facial features soften. "On another note, seeing you fight those raiders on the way up here, and almost get an arrow through your skull, made me wonder about you."
"You wonder about what?" Fenris snorted.
"If anything is on your mind, your moves are normally calculated and precise." He spared a flash of a look in my direction.
"You think something is wrong?"
"Yes."
"What is wrong, Lia, is that you are still bare in front of a male you are not even with." Shrugging, I picked up my clothes and began to change.
"Fair enough!" I yelled from the rock I hid behind, "But it's admirable that you didn't look and haven't since I stepped out of the water." Finishing dressing, I put my wet hair into a fish tail braid. "I'll go tell the other leches to come join you." I grinned to him and turned, making my way back to camp.
When I walked back into camp, I saw Hawke and Varric snickering to each other, receiving a glare from me. "What are you two giggling about?" I snarled.
"You and Fenris were alone, and you were naked." Hawke grinned, of course.
"Nothing went on! All that was going on was I nearly drowned him and you four leches are going to join him." I looked from Varric and Hawke, to Anders and Sebastian; who all stared at me with dumbfounded expressions. "Go now!" I barked, causing the males to scramble to join Fenris.
"Oh-ho, commander Lia is taking charge, I wouldn't mind that. You are rather attractive when you're mad." Isabela complimented me as she leaned back against a rock.
"Shut it, woman." I snipped, baring a canine to her, she only laughed.
"You are too precious, doll." Sitting down with a scoff, I rubbed my face, the memory of Fenris staring came flooding back; causing heat to rush to my cheeks.
"Creators I just want tonight to be over."
"So how did talking to Fenris go?" Merrill asked, immediately causing me to shoot up and speed over to my tent, my face burning again.
"Horrible. Good night!" I heard Isabela break out laughing as I dove inside the safety of the tent.
