Those Lights that Darkened

Kaizo. The legendary Space rebel. A ruthless criminal that turns into one of the Powersphera protectors. The man was feared by many of course. Everyone knew him as cold blooded man. Even towards his own family.
His only family left.

" Again." Looking down at the little boy in front of him with a stoick face as always. Sword in his hands ready to battle.

"Ughh..." With a shaky legs he tried to stand up. He couldn't manage to get up anymore, feeling his body finally giving up.

"How weak..." Kaizo said feeling disappointed towards the boy.

"If you keep on being like this.. you will only end up losing to your enemy"

His grips tighten around his sword. With a lazy gaze he looks over to the boy who's already on his knees. Feeling exhausted.

"I will train you again next time.. be prepared...Fang" With that he left, leaving his little brother. His only family behind.

Finally knowing his brother is gone. Fang let out a cry of pain. Not because of his bruise but because of the disappoinment from his brother. Crying silently on the ground, hands on his face trying to stop the tears. Cause it will only weakened him.

"N-no...i...i have to get stronger..i..."

I hope i can make him proud. Just a little...

"Hah..useless soldier" Venom in his voice was gone unnoticed by Fang as he looks up at the crimson eyes that was matching his yet, somehow the man's eyes was filled with so much hatred than before.

The training session ends pretty badly when the Legendary Rebel Captain kost his temper.

Fang can only kept silent and staying still as he wasn't able to move much. Not that he can do much anyway. His handsome face that was brutally being beaten up by his brother. Still he kept being silent.

As quite as a mouse.

"You have never done anything right" The energy sword was inches closer to his throat, and was ready to slice him without hesitation.

Yet not once did Fang moved fearing that it will disappointed him more.

Was he really weak in his brother's eyes? In his eyes was he only just the fragile little boy back then?

All those missions he have partakens, all those dangerous life he had to face in order to raise just to be besides the Legendary Rebel.

It's all look like a perfect life for him.

Only to be thrown away, when 𝘏𝘦 comes in the picture.

"Why cant..you just be like him?" Those words that he uttered seems so devastating....

Fang looks up at the broken man so complicatedly.

"Why..just why can you be like 𝘉𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘪𝘣𝘰𝘺?"

Ah- was i wrong all this time?

Not wanting to hear more of these pathetic words, Fang started to fall asleep. Almost passing out from exhaustion as he was holding out for way too long now.

"Captain Kaizo-! Enough-" The voice from the distance seems closer yet he was drown in the water.

He was exhausted.

Barely hearing anything as he feels like being drifted away as the darkness comes to take him away.

Away from this madness.

"Fang-! Fan-" The familiar voice..

All this time i thought that i would at least be able to be what he wanted me to become..

"Hey it's okay-- It's me! Boboiboy" The familiar boy that he always envied.

"Yeah--just stay awake alright? Fang-"

The familiar light that shines in his eyes.

Really, how brilliant...shining so brightly

while..

I was drowned in this darkness.

Perhaps it was destined, sealed fate that was already written for me.

That my life will be surrounded by the darkness of despair.

I blinked slowly as i saw a glimpse of my brother being taken down by the commanders of TAPOPS. So furious and disappointed...I had always thought that if i kept trying, that one day all of the hardworks will pay off. That perhaps one day... you will look at me-

Proudly, like the proud soldier and a brother

Lovingly, like a family you cherish.

Calmly, like those old times where you don't have to worry about anything...

Yet it seems like you have lots all those hopes in me, so lost in the darkness that was starting to drowned you.

Those Lights that Darkened in your eyes...
