Day 1 Bingo. Dancing

The melody of the strings from the violin and classical piano keys was heard, thus all of the orchestra instruments was played right at that moment. Captivating all of the audience that was present there.

Every guest with their own partners had started dancing in the grand ballroom floor, following the angelic rhymes of the song. It was elegant in everyway, the decorations, the food, the music...and the group of ladies that kept glancing at him.

Kaizo sigh boredly. He crossed his arms and leans back against a pillar, ignoring the twinkie or the shy blinking of expectancy. Some had already asked him many times to no end but he refused them. 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺. Sure, he should be the gentleman he is and accepting the invitation to dance, but he's not really in the mood.

So he will be and ignorant fool and mind his own business untill the ball is over.

Honestly what is he even doing here anyway? He's supposed to practice his sword skills, doing his reports and all the necessary things- but then again the Supreme Commander Kul'dar had insisted that he attended the ball for.. reasons. He wasn't sure.

With Pang not here he kinda feels a little bit lonely...he missed his little brother. Kaizo sigh again.

"Bored now are we?"

Kaizo perked up at the familiar voice and glanced to the side, and in all of the glory was his best friend, it wasn't hard to recognize the flaming hair of the renowned princess after all.

"The ball has just started, liven up Kai." She flashes a bright smile.

"...Your Majesty" He bowed in respect. Still, he couldn't help the small teasing smile on his when Kirana made a disgusted face.

"Augh. Kaizo you of all people should now i hate being called that-" She glares. "-and you're supposed to be my best friend."

"Now that's a bit of favoritism isn't it milady?" He smiles and was amused when Kirana only huffed annoyedly but still had tha bright cheerful smile.

More murmurs from the group of Ladies and Kaizo actually had enough, he leans forward and extended his hand towards the princess.

"May I have this dance, oh your highness?" He smiles.

Kirana who only raised an eyebrow at the sudden invitation took a small glance to the side and get the message, she smirks in amusements. She reached out towards the hand in black glove.

"Then it will be my pleasure~" Kirana chuckles. They can even hear the heart shattering gasp from the group of Ladies getting so dejected. Kaizo hel her hand with a relived smile and they're walking towards the center of the ballroom together.

Upon their arrivals, everyone kept glancing towards them as a new song was played. It was a slow tempo, thus everyone was quick to get back to their position but only giving some spaces for the duo.

Both Kaizo and Kirana curtsey in respect, then they started dancing along the melody. Her hand on his shoulder and his hand carefully and respectfully behind her back. It's not like it was their first time dancing with one another, in fact they tend to play pretend and soon make it as a practical routine. It seems their efforts was put in good work for this ball.

Kirana gazed up at Kaizo with a knowing look. "Had the ladies been bothering you to no end Kaizo?" She smirks when Kaizo grunted.

"Tsk. They're insufferable." They moved in small steps to the melody, it was slow and graceful.

Kirana laugh in a gleeful way, it's too easy to noticed when this boy was annoyed. From the outside though, everyone may have thought that he doesn't even mind but tue truth is he's been holding it all in. Almost like a ticking bomb waiting to explode. "Poor you." She snicker.
