"Holly!" Draco sighed as he sat up on the bed. He was so shocked to see a shadow at the end of his bed when he woke up in the middle of the night.
"I'm sorry, did I wake you up?" Holly asked fiddling her hands.
"How are you feeling? I wanted to come to you, but didn't want to disturb you." Draco said pulling her to his side and into his chest.
"Severus likes my dad." Holly whispered and Draco took a few seconds to digest the information. "I know that my dad liked him too. He told me before we came here."
"And?" Draco asked not saying anything about the relation.
"I don't know." Holly shook her head. "I just don't know."
"Are you still angry at Sev? I mean, you still can't forgive him?" Draco asked her. "I'm not forcing you or anything. I just want to know your opinion on him at present."
"I don't hate him." Holly said and Draco nodded. "I still don't like him completely though."
"Not your fault." Draco chuckled. "He is hard to get along with. Dad told me that he doesn't like to smooth talk like others to make people like him. But sometimes his way of talking to others makes people not like him even more. But, I still like Sev the same. He is still my godfather with all these faults."
"Just like Siri is to me." Holly said and Draco nodded his head.
"Exactly, just like that." Draco told her. "It's a bit complicated with Sev. It's hard for him compared to Sirius. Sirius has James and Remus. Dad told me how Sev refused to trust people for almost his entire first year and Dad had to wait for him to open up to him slowly. But then there was still Evans talking to him at that time and giving him potions."
"Poor him." Holly sympathised with Severus. "Am I bad for not forgiving him?"
"Not at all, darling." Draco said pulling away and looking straight into her eyes. "I'm sorry that I wanted you to forgive him at first without thinking about you, but you have every right to take your own time in forgiving him. You need some time to heal from what Sev or future Sev did to you mentally. It's not him and we know that it's potions, but still, in your brain it's his image that plays when you think about the bad memories not Dumbledore. You should take your own time in healing yourself and forgetting about the past and forgiving him. No one's going to force you."
"Thank you for understanding me." Holly said with a small smile.
"I apologize for being an idiot." Draco said with a small sad smile. "I shouldn't have been rude to you that day. You were-"
"It's all in the past, Dray." She said stroking his cheek slightly. "Don't apologize anymore."
"Am I forgiven?" He asked her.
"Long back." She smiled more and kissed his other cheek. "You are really so pale."
"Huh?" He looked at her confused. "Back at Hogwarts, Lavender and Parvati liked to gossip about handsome single males that are available. Whenever they talk about you, they start with 'Wow, how can a guy so pale look so damn good?'" she imitated Lavender's voice.
"What did you think about me back then?" Draco asked stopping the hand stroking his cheek as it is giving him shivers. He can't shiver like a fool in front of her. No, no, he thought to himself. He held her hand and brought it to his lips before placing their joined hands on her lap. "Other than the fact that I was a complete prat."
"I thought you were really good looking. I wanted to ask Diggory to the ball in our fourth year only because we were enemies, but he already asked Chang and I had to go with Dean." She shrugged.
