Every night I bathe in the light of her eyes
I have no memory of anything prior to her
With a joyful heart I jump into the jagged flow
Following her to each new experience
Oh how we live in those timeless moments
Running down an alley in the rain, smiling
Exploring her mansion on a desert planet
Nothing is off limits and time seems endless
Unfortunately, the dream will always end
I take one last look and try to hold onto it
As my eyes open, a fog gathers around her
I'm left with a void as the rest disappears
Even so, I pray I will see her again tonight
A new name, face, and setting
Though her eyes shine the same
There's an instant intimacy in my heart
Here we go again
