I was walking towards the car when I saw Asher standing at his car shouting like a maniac.
"What the fu*ck is wrong with you I don't fu*cking care what the reason is. You gave me your word. You know what the consequences will be, As*hole. You better be ready before I ki-" his eyes met mine, and he glared at me before ending the call. If he didn't want me to hear okay.
I walked to the driver's seat, waiting for Allisa to come. When there was a knock on my window. Kyle's head popped up as I rolled down the window. He showed me his phone.
Sophia Macford and Cole Taylor step out with their son Jason Taylor.
I sighed. Edward is already a mess and this wasn't helping. I handed back him the phone. I saw Christian come by. "Christian, please make sure you drop Allisa," I said as I reversed my car and sped away in anger. Why would she do this to us? Start a family of her own and leave us here. I changed the gear rearing the car faster as I made my way to the Hollywood sign. It was a place I would go to when I missed her. I drove, crossing the speed limit. The car came to a screeching stop when I reached there.
I got out and sat on the hilltop, looking at the city of Los Angeles.
----
I reached home after spending 2 hours at the hilltop. Mom and Dad were out for a business party. I sighed as I walked to my room. I opened Kyle's door to see even he was not at home.
I grabbed my phone and called Allisa. She didn't pick up. I called again and again. I sighed, throwing my phone on the bed, as I went to sleep. Today was not a good day.
----
"Bye, Kyle. See you in school," I shouted through our door. I ran down to see Dad texting someone. I kissed his cheek. "Bye, Dad," I said, he kissed my forehead. "Take care, princess," he shouted, as I got in my car, ready to pick up Allisa. I texted her that I will be there in 5 minutes.
I got to her house and honked. After waiting for 5 minutes I sighed and knocked on the door. A woman a little older than my mom opened the door. "Hello, I am Kiara a friend of Allisa. Is she ready I am here to pick her up for school," I said politely. "Ohh You are the new friend she told me about," she said. "Come in dear," her mom said. "No, it's okay, could you just call her down," I said. "Sure honey, ALLISA!" her mother called.
We heard footsteps coming down. Her eyes widened looking at me. She smiled softly. "I am so sorry I am late. I am assuming you have met. Let's go, Kiara," she said dragging me out. I got in the car and she looked out the window.
"Why didn't you pick up my call?" I asked. "Oh I dozed off early," she said. "Is everything okay Allisa?" I asked. She nodded and gave me a small smile. I stopped the car in the parking lot. And I grabbed her face to look at me. That's when I looked at the huge bruise on her left cheek and all I could see is red.
"How did you get that," I asked. "Kiara, I am fine everything is okay," she started saying. "Don't make me ask you twice. I hate when people get bullied. Tell me," I said as I got out of the car and pulled her with me. "When I was walking home yesterday... Derek.." and that's all she had to say. I grabbed her and walked into school and I saw the three guys at Blake's locker.
