The man I spoke to on the phone told me I could come for a preview if I was interested. A lot of people want to see the houses up for auction in person first before they are prepared to bid for them at the auction.
As my mind was made up pretty quickly, I decided to go and check it out immediately the next day. Why wait any longer? Besides, it is already the 4th of June, so there is not that much time left before the auction starts and I definitely do not want to miss it.
