Barely even friends then somebody bends unexpectedly.

"This game fucking sucks," Kim muttered under his breath as he loses another game against Chay. The younger howled in delight just when one more victory struck again.

"Khun Kim, it's Street Fighter. It's one of the easiest games to play." Chay said, referring to the game they were playing.

Chay found a Playstation console collecting dust as he cleaned the entertainment room he never knew existed. It was the latest model but it looked like an old one due to dust. As tenacious as he is to get into Kim, he immediately ran to his boss' room to invite him to play. Of course, Kim said no but after 15 minutes of persistent persuasion from Chay, he said yes just to keep Chay from pestering him more.

They'd been playing for an hour and Kim didn't seem to win against Chay. He's getting frustrated every game. It's just a fucking game.

Chay laughed, "Khun Kim, it's not bad to accept defeat, you know."

Kim scowled at him, "I am not defeated. This game just fucking sucks." he said as he threw the controller beside him.

"Maybe you just suck at playing, it wasn't the game's fault. The console is just here collecting dust. If you played some more, you won't be awful at this. Pretty sure P'Big will agree with me, right P'Big?" Chay said as he looked at Big who was standing beside the door, guarding and watching them. Big's eyes widened at that statement. He immediately shook his head when Kim glared at him, waiting for his response.

Chay laughed, causing Kim to look back at him, "You're not making fun of me, are you?" Kim said, slightly annoyed but with a glint of a slight smile on his face.

Chay stopped laughing and cleared his throat as he tried to suppress his laugh, "No. Absolutely not, Khun Kim." he said.

Kim leaned back in his seat, "Besides, I have more important things to do than sit around to play games." he said. Suddenly, his phone rang. He looked at it and his expression changed, his brows knitted together. "Stay here. I need to take this call," he said and stood.

Chay perked up at him, "Can we play some more when you get back?" he asked, his beautiful doe eyes looking up at him.

"No, playtime is over. Get back to work," he said commandingly but Chay doesn't seem to be fazed by it. He pouted at him in disappointment. Kim stared at him for a while before rolling his eyes and huffing out a laugh. "Just finish your damn work and do whatever you want," he said and left. Chay heard a "What is it this time, Khun?" before Kim's voice faded away.

Chay just stared at the doorway where Kim left. There's something in his chest, it feels heavy. He sighed, stood, and started cleaning once again.

"How did you do that?" Big suddenly asked. He was just observing them and noticed there was something between them that even he couldn't explain.

"Do what?" Chay asked, shutting down the console and putting the controllers away. This latest model is sick. He only has the old version of this at home, but he treasured it the most because it was Hia's birthday gift. He sighed at the thought of his brother, he misses him a lot.

"Playing games with him. Going out with him. Talking to him like he's not the most powerful person in this house. Even we can't even do that." Big said with a ridiculous expression on his face. He just can't believe that Chay was able to do that to Kim.

Chay scoffed, "It's not that easy, P'Big. I just keep convincing him to do this and to do that but he keeps saying no. He's so stubborn and grumpy. Do you know how long I have to persuade him to play? 15 minutes, P'Big. I told you, it's not easy."
