"You're going to let that slip, aren't you?" Asked Dealla as she crossed her arms, watching Fu's back as he studied the spellbook. She was leaning on the wall, with Wayzz and Longg off to her side, braiding and messing up her hair that was let down.

Master Fu hummed, flipping a page before writing in his journal. He didn't answer for a moment, making sure the formulas and recipes of different power enhancements were written carefully.

The old man punctuated his writing before closing his journal and his book, putting down his pen. He turned his chair to face his successor, hopping off. He put his hands behind his back, heading towards the front of his shop.

Dealla groaned before pushing herself off the wall, uncrossing her arms to put her hands in her jeans pockets. "Master, come on, there has to be a consequence that she has to face." She said as she followed after him, "And I'm not saying this as a person who wants to see a Miraculous get taken away from their owner, but as a rational and logical human being."

"Child, Marinette is merely a teenager who's in love." Was Fu's reply as he began to search for something through his drawers.

"In love?" Dealla repeated, a grimace on her face. "I don't think that putting someone on a pedestal and knowing their entire schedule in only a month is called love."

Fu glanced at his successor, smiling. "Teenagers these days see things differently than back in my generation. I am merely observing her mannerisms, Dealla."

"Yeah, but the meaning of infatuation and love is different." Said the girl, almost exasperated. "Surely you know that! You're wise and old."

"I am only one hundred and eighty-six years old. That is still young." Fu said, frowning before he shook his head. "But know this, child, Marinette will soon realize her mistake. If she does it again, I will leave the consequences of her actions to you." His eyes twinkled as he smiled. "Everyone needs second chances, for they weren't ready for the first."

Dealla pursed her lips, processing his words in silence before she nodded, crossing her arms while looking away from her master. She had been... a bit overboard on her classmate with the threatening, knowing the stress Marinette got after receiving the Miraculous only months ago, but she couldn't help it. She is going to become a Guardian of the kwamis she had bonded with over the years in her time here. Dealla simply wouldn't want harm going her way. After all, one can never be too careful.

A thought went inside Dealla, and she turned to her Master, who was already looking at her expectantly.

"Old man, now that you have the book, can you modify the Dragon Miraculous for me? Also, make sure to save a copy for it."

"Oh my, seeing the Eiffel Tower this up close since its birth feels surreal. Like, did you know? From the first four years here in Paris, Master Fu took me here once, and he got brain freeze three times in a row by Glacier's ice cream." Said Longg as she sat on Dealla's shoulder, rambling as her holder sketched whatever she sees on her book. "Plagg almost destroyed the world again because of not being able to eat camembert for an hour that time! If it weren't for Kaalki throwing some random, stinky cheese at him that he got from someone's cupboard."

Dealla nodded as she listened to her kwami, the new ring on her left hand's ring finger starting to get itchy. She put down her pen, fiddling with the jewelry. "Plagg really is destructive without a holder." Said the brunette, resuming her sketching. "I wonder how his current holder is faring."
