y: Ahhh! Aj, nooo! Stop! Wait, let me breathe, oh my gosh! ~ I pause for a moment, and he gets closer to me.

He's been chasing me around the pool, trying to push me in, but there's no way!

y: Aj, I'm serious! ~ He catches up to me, getting a grip on my waist.
Aj: Any last words?
y: Nooo, please! Guys, aren't you gonna help!?
Niko: I say push her in!
y: Niko, you- ~ Before I can finish my sentence, he pushes me into the water.
y: You-
Aj: Run, guys! ~ Everyone starts running inside the house. I climb out of the pool, dripping wet, and start looking for Aj.

I go up to his room, hoping to find him there, but he's nowhere to be seen. As I turn around, he suddenly appears right in front of me.

y: I'm going to kill you!
Aj: Nah, you won't. ~ He says in a mischievous tone, taking slow steps toward me, causing me to walk backward until I fall onto his bed.

He hovers above me, his face getting closer to mine. I close my eyes tightly, anticipating what he might do next. To my surprise, I feel his finger gently touch my lips, and he starts laughing.

I push him off of me.

Aj: I made you nervous, didn't I?
y: What? Me? Nervous because of you? Yeah, right. Ugh, do you have extra clothes I can borrow?
Aj: Yeah, check my closet. ~ I rummage through his clothes, grabbing a hoodie and a pair of his shorts. I head to the bathroom to shower and change.

After finishing my shower, I make my way downstairs, hearing faint voices as I approach. I stop when I hear my name being mentioned.

Niko: Just tell her.
Aj: Nah, I can tell she doesn't like me.
Chunkz: Saying no is like the worst thing that could happen.
Aj: No, it isn't. If she doesn't feel the same way I do, it'll ruin our friendship, and I don't want to lose her. So it's best not to tell y/n how I feel. Please don't say anything.
Kenny: Alright.

I stop listening to their conversation and quickly and quietly head back to Aj's room. I pace back and forth, feeling butterflies in my stomach. I've always liked Aj, and if he feels the same way I do, why not make the first move?

I gather my courage and head downstairs, sitting next to Aj. He wraps his arm around my shoulder. I whisper in his ear.

y: Can we go to your room? ~ He nods his head. We make our way to his room.

I sit on the bed, and he closes the door behind us.

Aj: Are you here because you want revenge? Alright, look, there are boxing gloves in my closet. ~ I burst into laughter.
y: What? No, I don't want revenge. Just sit down. ~ He takes a seat on a nearby chair.
Aj: So, what's up?
y: Noooo, sit next to me. ~ A confused expression crosses his face as he comes to sit beside me.
Aj: What? ~ Blushing, I cover my face with my hands.
Aj: Come on, tell me. ~ I uncover my face, revealing a smile that I can't contain. I get closer to his ear and whisper.
y: I like you. ~ Aj's eyes widen in surprise, and a smile spreads across his face. Overwhelmed by the moment, he hugs me, causing us to fall back onto the bed, and we both burst into giggles. He then pulls back, looking serious.

Aj: You're joking, right?
y: What? No, I actually do. ~ Feeling brave, I straddle his lap, wrapping my arms around his neck.
Aj: I feel the same way. ~ As we lean in for a kiss, the door swings open.

The boys: Ahhhh! ~ the door slams shut. We look at each other and burst into laughter. we then lean in for a kiss.
