We kissed!

y: Niko! Did you use my expensive serum? It's almost empty, and I just bought it! ~ I exclaimed, making my way towards his room.
Niko: No I haven't. I don't need skincare. My skin is naturally perfect
Niko/t: I totally used it

Niko and I had been roommates for the past two years, an unexpected arrangement with a guy as my roommate. The experiences I had with him had been killing me!

Niko: anyways my friends are coming over. So lock yourself in your room.
y: guess what
Niko: what?
y: you're growing a pimple right there on your left cheek~ I said sarcastically before leaving and closing his door. I heard him shout in frustration.
Niko: ahh, it's your stupid serum! ~ I hurried back inside his room.
y: Aha! I knew it. Cash app me $90
Niko: That's ridiculous ! no way
y: That serum costs $90, and you used way too much of it! You're not even supposed to use that much!

y: Niko I will not keep bothering you about it. $90 I mean it

~ Hours later~
I was in my room when I heard the boys come in. Ignoring the noise, I received a call from my good friend Nella.

Nella: Hey girl!
y: what's up Nella
Nella: Let's go to a party! You haven't been out, dressed up in years! Come on, it'll be fun. ~ Dressing up is not my thing... it's just too much and I fit well in sweats rather than dresses, skirts, heels, and just other girly clothes type. but you know what... this night is an exception. I don't want to be stuck all night in here!
y: I'm in!
Nella: Omg, that was easier than I thought to convince you... Be ready in 2 hours. I'm coming to pick you up!

I started playing music on my speaker and made my way to the shower in my room. I washed my hair, shaved my legs, and prepared myself for a night out. Afterward, I put on a robe and headed to my vanity.

Someone started knocking on my door persistently. I tried to ignore it, but the knocking wouldn't stop.
y: Ugh! ~ I stood up and opened the door
y: what?!
Niko: Turn your music down, nobody wants to hear that crap
y: You shut your mouth! Nobody wants to hear crap coming out of your mouth! Now, if you'll excuse me, let me get ready in peace.
Niko: where you going?
y: none of your business ~ I closed the door and went back to what I was doing.

I get out of my seat and start rushing through my closet. I found a perfect outfit and changed into it. I put on jewelry,  deodorant, and perfume.

Nella texted she was outside. I glanced at myself in the mirror one last time and headed out the door. As I stepped outside, I adjusted my clothes and looked up to see the boys gasping at my appearance. However, my eyes immediately landed on Niko.

Chunkz: The gal is dressed up for the first time in forever!
Aj: who you trynna impressed? ~ he says with a playful smirk laughing.
y: no one, thought i would just have fun you know
Kenny: definitely will catch some attention.
y: I bet I will. ~I said sarcastically, not taking their comments too seriously.
y: Well I got to go, bye guys
Niko: Bring your keys! I'm not opening the door for you when you come back early in the morning.
y: I got them ~ I walked out the door

Niko's pov
The boys and I were on the couch chilling. I was on my phone not paying attention till I smelt a pleasing smell walk into the room. I look up and see y/n all dressed up. I haven't seen her this dressed up. I honestly couldn't take my eyes off of her.

Sharky: I think someone has a little crush. ~He nudged me, bringing me back to reality.
Niko: what? No.
Aj: hm...
Niko: So umm... what do you guys wanna do
Niko/t: please say go out
Chunkz: I wanna just chill here, totally comfy right now
Kenny: Niko definitely wants to follow y/n
Niko: I do not-
Sharky: let's go
Niko: Let's go ~ I immediately stood up, while the rest remained seated. They all laughed.

Niko: so we're not?- I mean not that I want to
Chunkz: ugh come on guys let's be a matchmaker.

once we arrived it was crowded and lively
y: Woah, look at this place.~  I said, taking in the atmosphere. I looked around for Nella but couldn't find her in the crowd.
y: great I lost her.

I tried my best to dance with people, but I quickly realized I wasn't the best dancer. They gave me weird looks and moved away.

y: woo! party ~ I say awkwardly
y: no okay! Ugh i'm so thirsty. ~ As I made my way towards the drinks area I bumped into someone
y: I am sorry ~ I look up and see this tall man.
Alex: Nah it's my fault. you okay?  you look  lost
y: I mean.... ~ he laughs

Alex: uh, do you wanna hangout with me and friends? I don't want you to be alone here lost
y: it's fine, I have a friend...who I can't find ~ I mumble the last part
Alex: well if you're feeling lonely, we'll be by the pool table
y: thanks ~ he walks away. I made my way towards the kitchen and grab a bottle water.

I made my way outside which I'm surprised there was not so many people. I sat down by the pool with my feet dipped in it. I just sat there admiring the beauty outside.

??: miss me?~  I heard a familiar voice next to me.
y: Niko?! what are you- ~ he pushes me in the pool
y: what the hell?!!! Niko I can't swim! ~ I pretended to drown, watching as he panicked and emptied his pockets before jumping in to rescue me.
y: haha got you
Niko: Don't scare me like that y/n ~ I laugh. But he remains serious. He starts coming towards me. I slowly back away until I couldn't anymore. There was no gaps in between us. We were so close.
y: Uh Niko... ~ My heart started beating fast as the tension grew.
Niko:  You look absolutely stunning... but I think you look better without makeup. Not going to lie... you looked absolutely beautiful when you walked out of your room. ~ We both slowly leaned in until our lips met, and a rush of emotions flooded over me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he lifted me, wrapping my legs around his waist, deepening the kiss. It felt electrifying, a mix of passion and desire that I couldn't deny. I pulled away, gasping for air, reality set in.
y: Niko... ~ I come to a realization it was Niko who I was kissing...
y: Omg NIKO! ~ I quickly got out of the pool and made my way out of the party. Then I figured Nella was the one who took me here.
Niko: y/n wait! ~ he catches up to me
y: Niko do you just know what happened?! we kissed!
Niko: so?
y: so?!-
y/t: if i'm going to be honest that kiss... was enjoyable? I did like it. But it just felt wrong...
y: just please take me home.
Niko: you're freezing wait~ He gets a towel from his trunk and hands it to me. I wrap myself with it and sat in the passenger seat. The whole drive was completely silent.

When we arrived home, we both went straight to our rooms. I headed to my bathroom to dry off and changed into something comfortable. As I flopped on the bed, flashbacks of the kiss flooded my mind, stirring up a whirlwind of emotions. I couldn't deny the positive feelings it evoked. I quickly sit up.
y: ugh y/n what are you thinking?! ~ I stayed on my bed thinking about how the next day is going to be.... The kiss had left a mark, and I knew I needed to talk to Niko about it. I hesitantly opened my door, and to my surprise, Niko was standing there.
Niko: y/n?
y: Niko?~ we both say our names at the same time. It was completely silent for a moment, but then Niko's actions surprised me. He swiftly lifted me, holding onto my thighs, and I instinctively wrapped my arms around his neck. Our lips met once again, fueled by the lingering desire from before. We made our way to my bed, losing ourselves in the intense kiss.

Next morning
I woke up to me sleeping on his chest.
I look up to him sleeping peacefully.
Niko: stop staring you creep
y: I can't help it you look beautiful when you're sleeping ~ I say as I play with his hair.
y: by the way you still owe me $90. Don't think I forgot
