You and Niko were dating on the low, you were the girl to be known at school and Niko was also known... but as a nerd that people don't like.

Even though you two were dating, he said he wouldn't come up to you just because he thought you would be embarrassed.

I was sitting down with my friends in the cafeteria.

From afar I see Niko walking in. Instantly smile. I see him walk towards me but as he gets closer he walks past me. I look back and watch him.

Kenny and Aj walks up to us

Chunkz: sup man ~ they do they handshake.

y: I have to use the bathroom, I'll be right back
Nella: Do you want us to come?
y: Noo, I'm fine. Thanks though! ~ I quickly gathered my things and head out.

I go into this hidden/abandoned classroom.

I text Niko

Y: Meet me again? I'm at the same place
NIKO: okay ❤️

~ Minutes later~

I felt someone hug me from behind, I look back immediately and see Niko. I instantly smile and gave him a hug.

y: ugh I miss you!!
Niko: why is that? I literally saw you yesterday
y: You don't miss me? ~ I say pulling away from the hug. I pout my lips.

y: okay...  ~ I look down
y: um my friends are waiting, I think I should go~ as I was about to walk out he grabs my arm pulling me back to him

Niko: I'm kidding y/n. You know I miss you. Every day, Every hour, Every minute, and Every second. ~ He gives me a kiss and I smile.
y: when are we going to start publicly dating? I want to tell people...
Niko: you want to tell people? about us?
y: of course I do!
Niko: I just don't want people to hate you
y: so what? Then it's going to be me and you. Forever till we die

y: awee, Today I felt like you didn't want me anymore! It was making me go crazy!

He cuts me off by giving me a kiss. I hate when he does this... I can no longer be mad at him.

Niko: I don't know...I have a lot of homework. But i'll call you after I'm done
y: Okay. ~ I check the time. The bell was going to ring
y: oh shoot I gotta hurry to class. Bye. love you. ~ I give him a quick peck on the lips then left

I walked into class

Nella: You okay?
y: yeah why?
Nella: you took the whole lunch in the bathroom
y: oh yeah, Mrs. Jenkins pulled me in to chat after.
Nella: oh. Anyways guess what!
y: what?
Nella: Kenny is planning to ask you out on a date! I'm telling you this because i want you to look absolutely gorgeous when the time comes!
y: Nella... No. I'm obviously going to reject him

y: because I don't want to be in a relationship
Nella: oh no you're going on that date!
y: noooooo. Nella please if you were my friend you'd respect my decision

Nella: would you rather go on a date with that weird nerd, Niko or someone that's hot and athletic like Kenny?
y: Nella shut up ~ the teacher walks in

It was 5pm and I was in my room looking up at the ceiling waiting for Niko to call me.

Just then, I get a call from Niko. I answered

Y: Hey
Niko: Hey, I'm outside
y: okay, I'm coming down. ~ I hung up and ran down to open the door

y: Nikooo! ~ as I was about to hug him he stops me
Niko: is this true? You and Kenny?
y: what?
Niko: Are you cheating on me with Kenny?
y: What?! No! ~ he looks up trying to hold in his tears. I grab his hand but he pushes it away
y: Niko. I'm not! Believe me!
Niko: I want to y/n but... he's like you. You're pretty and popular and hes so the opposite of me. You two belong!
y: Niko... ~ I walk closer to him
y: I would never cheat on you. I love you and only you. ~ Tears start streaming down my face
y: You have my heart. Just you okay? Kenny is someone who spreads rumors or random things to make him look cool. It looks like he pulls a lot of girls, but he doesn't he just has this big ego-
Niko: I'm sorry I can't do this... Goodbye...
y: Are you breaking up with me?
Niko: I'm sorry y/n... ~ I couldn't look at him anymore. I went back into the house and went straight to the room. I flopped on my bed, crying.

I was looking through the window lost in my thoughts. My assistant walks in.

Maddi: Ms. Y/l/n . Nella is on line 4
y: okay, thanks. Hey Maddi, can you make 2 extra copies of these? thanks
Maddi: No problem ~ she grabs the paper and walks out

NELLA: Y/n!!! It's been awhile since I saw you!
Y: Hey Nells
NELLA: Let's party!
Y: I wish, but i'm busy
NELLA: Y/n you're like a billionaire! You have workers for you. Come on! Have a little fun

I did go to the party... I'm just standing here pretending to have fun... I just know Nella brought me here so she could spend my money. From all these years being "friends"with Nella, she was just using me this whole entire time.

I see her having fun with her friends.

As I was walking out, I bumped into someone. I look up and see Niko... Omilana

Niko: y/n?
y: oh hey. ~ he looks different last time I saw him. A good different
Niko: How have you been?
y: I've been good. And you?
Niko: Same
y: what brings you here?
Niko: I'm getting my girlfriend, she called me drunk so now I'm here
y: Oh ~ I slightly laugh
y: It was nice seeing you
Niko: yeah, you too. Have a good one y/n
y: you also. Goodbye
Niko: bye ~ just like that we went our separate ways again...

Throughout the years, I was wishing hoping he would find his way back to me. And tell me he's sorry. Although my heart was broken by him. I learned how to pick up the pieces and glue them together. I shouldn't be mad at him. I should be thanking him.

People need to realize. You don't always end up with the person you thought you would. No matter how hard you try it won't work...

But sometimes miracles can happen

Niko: y/n wait! ~ He runs up to me out of breath. I look at him concerned

Niko: before you go, I need to do something ~ without a single word he pulls me closer to him and kisses me. The rain started pouring intensifying the kiss.
