You take a glance at me, an everlasting dream"

Tyler was silently fuming. Despite his tries to keep the blonde's attention on him the whole day, she was focused on the new guy currently sitting across from her and he didn't like it one bit. First it was Xavier, now it's this random guy that keeps stealing the attention away from him, when all he wanted was to spend time with Ivory and gather some information.

For Ivory it was refreshing to spend some time with Jaesung. He told her how he was working at a small boutique and helping out an elderly couple, which were surprisingly gentle and kind. Ivory knew who he was referring to, as her mother likes to shop there from time to time and she could only imagine how nice it must've felt for Jaesung to be treated kindly by "normies". She realised fairly quickly that people like Jaesung, and now her too, weren't welcomed most of the time.

"Jenkins and Pam are the sweetest. Oh, I must visit them again soon. It's nice that you got to work there", Ivory sighed happily while clapping her hands together. The vampire just nodded once, finishing the drink that was placed in the middle of them. The two were seated there for around 15 minutes and while Ivory tried taking sips a few more times, it was clear that she didn't particularly like it, so Jaesung drank most of it.

A few more customers came in, getting drinks to go and Ivory immediately stood up every time, wanting to help out Tyler and Xavier, but the latter kept sending her looks, signalling her to stay put as they had it under control. Much to Tyler's dismay. As to not show his displeasure on his face, the boy excused himself to go up to the second floor, where their coffee beans and other ingredients were stored.

"So what really brings you here", Ivory asked the guy in front of her as he checked out the cafes' interior, his eyes locking with her's as he cleared his throat and leaned his arms on the table. Jaesung was now used to her urge to know things, she wasn't subtle about it either, but he didn't mind her asking the questions. If it was anybody else he would probably ignore them. After all, he did come to the cafe because he wanted to see the girl.

"Pam, that was her name I believe, told me to leave early as I had already finished all of my tasks. She told me how great it was to have me, which was a first, and told me that I should choose something from their store before I left.", the guy pulled something from his pocket and opened his palm for Ivory to see what he was holding. The fairy immediately let out a gasp as Jaesung gave her a small smile.

"I thought it would suit you", he finished his sentence with a small chuckle as Ivory softly took it into her own hands. The girl instantly fell in love with the bracelet that was just presented to her as it was silver with green charms, resembling vines. She loved it and kept looking back and forth between the bracelet and Jaesung, waiting for any sign of it being a joke.

"Why would you get me this? It's beautiful, but why?", she questioned with blushed cheeks as she tried to not get too emotional and tear up like she usually did, when she received gifts. The best thing was that it matched the necklace she got from her aunt perfectly.

"Firstly, I'm quite fond of my choices on jewellery and didn't exactly need anything and second of all, we're friends right?", Ivory took a second to glance at his hands, a few silver rings placed on his fingers and a few basic bracelets on his wrists, all looking very clean and effortless.
