Found You - Woosan

Chapter 1

Winter was a tough season for Wooyoung. The flowers that once bloomed were now just buds, protecting themselves from the cold. Whenever the flowers were in full bloom, Wooyoung's mother would sit in the garden. He knew this because he watched her closely. Despite his mother's lack of attention towards him, Wooyoung loved her. Throughout his life, he was cared for by only the paid maids.

The reason he loved her so much was because one she was his mother and two she would introduce her to someone who would change his life forever. 

November 16th, 2004

Wooyoung was excited to go out with his mom. He was always happy and smiling, and he dressed up for the occasion. Going to the park was a special treat for him. However, during the car ride, he noticed that his mom was more interested in her phone than in talking to him. Despite this, Wooyoung remained cheerful and looked forward to spending time at the park.

They soon reached the park, with his mom searching for someone while holding onto Wooyoung's hand, so he wouldn't run off. They then approached a man and woman, making Wooyoung nervous. He hid behind his mom's back but peeked out to see who she was talking to.

"It's been so long! I haven't seen you guys in forever. Oh? And who's this handsome young man?" Wooyoung's mother says as she leans down.

Peeking from behind his mom, he spots another boy around his age, and his spirits lift as he hopes to make a new friend.

The man looks at his son and says, "Well go on, introduce yourself." he nudges his son a little.

"My name is Choi San and I'm 6 years old!" he says, sounding a little forced. Looking away from the woman as he spots the boy next to her.

San Pov:

Mom and Dad brought the little boy to the park because there was someone he needed to meet, but he wasn't thrilled since he wanted to play with his new toys. Reluctantly, he got out of the car and stayed close to his mom. When they reached the woman waiting at the park, he glanced at her dismissively. His father forced him to introduce himself, so he did to get her to stop bothering him.

With a forced smile, six-year-old Choi San introduces himself to the woman who seems pleased with his response. As he looks away, he notices a little boy clinging to her, and his ears turn red when the boy looks at him. The parents of San also take an interest in him mostly his father and start asking the young boy questions.

The boy looks at them before saying, "My name is Jung Wooyoung and... I'm 5 years old turning 6 in 20 days."

San can't help but think that his voice is adorable, even though he's only six. Many people have commented that San is very mature for his age, and it's clear to see why.

During a conversation about life and their children, all three parents begin speaking, leaving the two boys alone. At first, the situation is awkward, but then San takes Wooyoung's hand and speaks in a different tone.

"Do you want to go play on the swings?" His ears turn bright red as he asks the question.

As his father glanced at the two boys, he quickly perceived that Wooyoung would become part of their family in some way or another.

Surprised by the sudden movement of the boy, he gazes at their hands which are intertwined. Despite San's aloof appearance, he holds Wooyoung's hand with utmost care, as if it were the most valuable thing in the world. Wooyoung is grateful for San's gentleness and responds with a smile, nodding to San's suggestion. He feels a slight blush on his face as San leads him towards the swing set. The two children hit it off immediately, as new friendship begins to bloom.
