The days were passing by with no sign of Wooyoung, and the anxiety among the group was escalating. Every possible security footage was being scrutinized, whether it was from a store, alleyway, or busy street. The search was extended beyond the city limits, and teams were sent to check out small gangs that may have come across him. Wooyoung was San's major weakness, and San was his father's weakness, making the situation all the more critical. Despite their tireless efforts, another day passed with no leads. Hongjoong was trying his best to be reasonable, but the pressure was causing him to break. Seonghwa was attempting to put on a brave face for San, but his efforts were useless. Yeosang, who was usually comfortable talking with Wooyoung, was having a hard time calming down. Meanwhile, Jongho was angry, not at Wooyoung, but at himself, wondering if there was something he could have done to prevent this from ever happening.

San was grappling with a myriad of emotions in the aftermath of Wooyoung's disappearance. The loss of his best friend had left him feeling utterly despondent, and he was consumed with a deep sense of grief. Despite his youth, San was desperate to join the search effort and pleaded with his father to allow him to take part. However, his father had other ideas and refused to let him get involved. As the days passed, San's emotions continued to run high. He was filled with an overwhelming sense of anger at his inability to prevent the situation from unfolding, and he found himself constantly replaying different scenarios in his head as he tried to make sense of what had happened. Nervousness and worry plagued him as he imagined all the possible situations that Wooyoung could be going through.

To make matters worse, San was also dealing with heartbreak. He had lost not just his best friend, but the person he loved. The weight of his feelings was almost too much to bear. Despite the passage of a week, the search team had only limited success in their efforts. They began to focus on different flights and the passengers on them, but progress was slow. San watched on helplessly as the security team worked tirelessly to find Wooyoung, but he couldn't help but feel frustrated at their apparent lack of progress. As the days wore on, he could see that they were becoming tired and sloppy with their work, which only served to fuel his anger further.

San, visibly vexed, found himself yet again in his father's office space. He attempted to engage his father in a conversation, hoping to find some common ground. "Father, please try to reconsider. I understand the risks involved, but I am willing to take them to help find Wooyoung. Please, just allow me to join the search team until I reach the age of 18." San's father let out a deep sigh, his fingers gently massaging his temple as he contemplated his son's request. "I understand your desire to help, San, but the danger is far too great. You are still vulnerable and, unfortunately, once other dangerous gangs catch wind of your involvement in this search, they will stop at nothing to break you down. I cannot allow that to happen."

San let out a deep sigh as he hung his head in defeat. His father's words rang true - the gangs had already caught wind that Wooyoung was missing and the mafia was frantically searching for him. Seonghwa placed a comforting hand on San's broad shoulder, his own expression pained as he too wished he could be of more help in finding their friend. However, his position and focus on studying medicine made it difficult for him to contribute much. Outside the room, Hongjoong, Yeosang, and Jongho listened intently, each member of the group wanting to lend a hand in their own way. Hongjoong possessed a talent for sniping and archery, while Jongho excelled in hand-to-hand combat. Yeosang, on the other hand, was well-versed in technology and hacking. Despite his expertise, however, his young age prevented him from joining the search team just yet.

San clenched his teeth in irritation, feeling his frustration boil over as he cast a final glance at his father before storming out of the room. Seonghwa trailed behind him as they rejoined the other three boys waiting in the hallway. They all had a saddened expression on their face due to their situation. Hongjoong offered solace to Seonghwa, while Jongho comforted Yeosang. San couldn't help but feel a pang of envy as he watched the other four boys interact with such tender love and care. He couldn't help but think of all the times he and Wooyoung had comforted each other in times of distress. San's fists balled up tightly as tears welled up in his eyes, his efforts to keep his emotions in check going in vain. The absence of Wooyoung had left a void in San's life, one that could never be filled. The once-vibrant and happy spark in San's eyes was slowly fading away, and he missed Wooyoung immensely. Without Wooyoung by his side, San felt an unbearable sense of loneliness that seemed to grow with each passing moment. He knew deep down that he would never be the same without Wooyoung's presence in his life.
