As the days turned into months and the months turned into years, the absence of Wooyoung was felt more and more acutely by his companions. Though they had learned to adapt to his absence, they missed him dearly and remained committed to finding him. Seonghwa continued to pursue his studies in medicine with diligence and determination. He was about to take a critical medical exam that would determine whether he could join the medical profession or needed to continue his studies. Hongjoong, meanwhile, honed his skills in sniping and archery. His hard work and dedication paid off when he became the first member of the group to attain official membership status. Yeosang, for his part, devoted his efforts to improving the security team's capabilities through the performance of small but crucial tasks. Once he had proven himself fully, he would be eligible to join the search team. Jongho, too, focused on training with a single-minded intensity, channeling his anger and frustration into his efforts to become the best possible version of himself. San, on the other hand, withdrew emotionally from all but the four boys with whom he had the deepest connections. Despite the challenges they faced, each member of the group remained committed to finding Wooyoung and bringing him home.

The current situation is undeniably difficult for those involved. The mafia's many rivals have become aware of Wooyoung's disappearance, and are now actively searching for him as well. This presents a significant risk, as these groups are not known for their peaceful or law-abiding ways. Even the police are on the lookout for him, adding another layer of complexity to the situation. Despite all of this, there have been no solid leads or indications of his whereabouts. The fact that the mafia's own search team has been unable to locate him is particularly unusual, given their reputation as the best in the business. All of these factors combined make for a truly perplexing and concerning situation.

During the difficult period, San's mother continued to push for him to pursue a relationship with Ji-yoo, despite San's clear lack of interest. This only added more tension to an already strained relationship between San and his mother. The situation was frustrating for San, who felt like he was not being heard or understood by his mother. Moreover, his father was equally annoyed by his wife's persistence, which only added to the family's troubles. San tried to talk to his mother about his feelings, explaining that he had no interest in Ji-yoo and that he had developed feelings for Wooyoung. Unfortunately, his mother did not seem to take his feelings seriously, dismissing them completely. This continued to strain San's relationship with his mother, who was unaware of how her actions were affecting her son.

San found himself in an all too familiar place - sitting on the cold floor of Wooyoung's room. Whenever he felt distressed, he sought refuge here. But today was different. Today was the day he had been preparing for, the day he would take over his father's place. Mixed emotions of sadness and excitement flooded San's heart. He wished Wooyoung was here to witness this momentous occasion. After all, it was Wooyoung who had been his constant support system through thick and thin. But after today, San would make finding Wooyoung his top priority. As he sat there, legs crossed and hands clasped, he couldn't help but wonder where Wooyoung was and what he was doing. Was he safe? Who was he with? The questions swirled around in San's mind, causing a knot to form in his stomach.

Soon these thoughts were interrupted by knocking on the door. San turned his attention as he saw Seonghwa slowly opening the door and peeking his head through the crack. Seonghwa then entered the room completely a soft smile on his face as he admired Wooyoung's room and the pretty decorations that laid within. San returned the soft smile as he got up off the floor and walked towards Seonghwa.

Seonghwa's gentle and reassuring voice filled the room as spoke, "You ready to go San?" San turned his head towards Seonghwa, taking a moment to gather his thoughts before glancing back at the room. With a deep breath, San replied affirmatively, "Yes, I am ready." Seonghwa acknowledged San's response with a small nod, and the two companions left the room, being careful to softlyclose the door behind them.
