Chapter 27:- Missing?

The next day, Adya woke up and found herself in Ekansh's arms.

Their naked bodies were covered by a white  duvet

Adya blushed remembering last night. She slowly moved out of bed and went to take a shower.

She was taking a shower when she felt arms wrapping around her waist. She relaxed, feeling Ekansh's touch.

" It's not a good thing to leave your husband alone in the bed", he whispered in her ear, making her shiver slightly.

"Ekansh…", She moaned, feeling his hot breath on her cold skin.

" I also need a shower", he said and got himself naked to take a shower.

Adya, who was planning to finish her shower within fifteen minutes, had to take the shower for more than an hour with Ekansh.

Of Course, they have done more intimate things than just taking a simple shower together.

After the shower, they were having their breakfast when Ekansh got a call from home.

" What?", Ekansh shouted, making Adya startled.

" Is everything fine ??", Adya asked him.

" We need to go", Ekansh said, hanging up the call.

" Ekansh at least tell me what happened.? Where are we going?", Adya asked Ekansh. Both of them were sitting in the car and going somewhere.

" We are going to the hospital ", Ekansh told Adya.

" But why?? Did something happens to someone in our family?"Adya asked him, panicking.

" Ishani has fallen from the stairs. She is in hospital right now", Ekansh told her.

" Is she okay ?", Shehnaz asked him, with tears in her eyes

" I don't know ", Ekansh said to her.

After one hour, they reached the hospital where their families were already present.

" How is Ishani?"Adya asked her brother Arnav.

" She is in the ICU. Doctors are still treating her.", Arnav said with sadness in his voice.

After half an hour, the doctor came and informed them about Ishani's condition.

She had an injury on her head due to which she is in a coma.  Moreover, she fractured her leg while falling from the stairs.

No one knows when she will wake up. Maybe she wakes up in a day, in a month or in a year.

Shekhawat and Rathore families were in grief hearing this news, especially Aarav.

" How did this happen?", Ekansh asked his family members.

" We don't know. When this happened, no one was present in the hall. We heard Ishani's scream so we hurriedly came to the hall and saw her lying on the floor with blood surrounding her", Ekansh's mother told him with tearful eyes.

" Don't worry Aarav. Ishani will wake up soon. She can't stay away from you for a long time. ", Ekansh said giving him strength.

After two weeks,

It has been two weeks since Ishani is in a coma.

Aarav is staying in the hospital beside Ishani all the time.

All the family members are there to support Aarav.

Today, Adya was going to the hospital to see Ishani.

She was in the way when the driver stopped the car.

" What happened?"Adya asked the driver.

" Mam…someone came in front of the car", the driver said nervously.

" Go and check if the person got injured", Adya ordered him.

The crowd has also gathered around their car due to the accident.

" Yes mam", the driver said and went down the car.

The driver went to the person who was lying on the floor.

" Are you okay Sir?"The driver asked the man.

" I am fine", the man said nervously.

" You sure?"The driver asked him.

" Yes", the man replied while trying to  stand on his feets.

" Let me drop you at the hospital", the driver offered.

" No need ", the man said and hurriedly went away from there.

The driver and the people in the crowd were confused when they heard the man's reply. The man had injured his arm and blood was coming out of the wound but he was refusing to go to the hospital.

Soon the crowd dispersed. The driver also entered the car. He turned around and found Adya missing inside the car.

Adya's bag and phone were placed on the back seat but she was missing.

The driver panicked seeing Adya missing from the car.

On the other side,

Aarav was sitting beside Ishani when he felt her fingers moving.

" Ishani", Aarav said excitedly.

" Aar…av…", Ishani whispered with difficulty.

" Doctor…. doctor…", Aarav shouted.

He was about to go to call the doctor when Ishani held his hand.

He went near her and asked," What happened? I am just coming after calling the doctor."

" Ask Ekansh…jiju…to…come here ... .I need…to..talk with him……Emergency….", Ishani said with difficulty, while panicking slightly.

" Okay! Don't worry. I am calling Ekansh bro", Aarav said to her. Meanwhile, a doctor entered the room and sent Aarav outside.

Aarav was confused about Ishani asking him to call Ekansh here, just after waking up from the coma.

Aarav hurriedly called Ekansh and asked him to come to the hospital. He didn't tell Ekansh or anyone about Ishani gaining consciousness.

Within a few minutes, Ekansh received the hospital from his office.

" What happened? Is Ishani fine?", Ekansh asked Aarav, worriedly.

" She has come out of her coma. Doctors are doing her check-up", Aarav said happily.

" Really!! That's good news. Did you tell our families?", Ekansh asked him happily.

" No!! After gaining consciousness, Ishani asked me to call you here. She wants to tell you something. She said it's an emergency.", Aarav told him.

"....", Ekansh doesn't know what to say.

The doctor came outside after doing Ishani's check-up.

" How is she?"Aarav asked the doctor.

" Ishani is completely fine now, just a little weak. We also need to take care of her fracture. I will suggest keeping her in the hospital for another week to make her fully recover", Doctor told them.

" Thank you!! We will do as you say. If you think Ishani should stay in the hospital, then she will stay here. I just want to see her safe and sound", Aarav told the doctor.

" Great!!", Doctor said and went from there.

Aarav and Ekansh entered Ishani's hospital room. She was looking weak and her face was a little pale. But it was quite common for a patient who has been in a coma for more than two weeks.
