They arrived at Arkadia, mid afternoon to find an excited Abby, waiting for them at the gate.
"Grammy," Caspian squealed, when he saw her. The pair, had formed an inseparable bond, over the years, an adored each other.
"Where's my grandbaby and who is this big fierce warrior, calling me Grammy?" Abby joked.
"Grammy, it's me Caspian, I am a big boy now, see." Caspian said spinning proudly in his armour.
"Caspian?" Abby continued the joke, "That can't possibly be you, my Caspian isn't this big."
Caspian giggled and jumped into Abby's arms, "it's me Grammy. I am a big boy now, see."
"It really is you, Caspian, you got to stop growing up." Abby teased and hugged her grandson.
"Oh, hi mum, nice to see you too," Clarke teased. "We really don't exsist when Caspian's around, do we? Lex I don't think we should give her any more g r a n d k I d s, and Ray and O, you should reconsider too." Clarke teased.
"Don't even joke about that." Abby said and hugged Clarke and Raven tight, before giving shorter hugs to Lexa and Octavia. "As much as I want to help with the more," Abby covered Caspian's ears, "grandkids, I think you guys should rest and we do the procedures in the morning."
"That's fine with us right, Lex?" Clarke asked.
"Anything you want, my love." Lexa said. "We should probably get Caspian out of his armour, if he is going to continue to play with other children, we don't want him accidentally hurting someone."
"That's fine with us too, Mamma G," Raven said, "who is the little boy watching the other kids play? And why doesn't he join in, he looks about Caspian's age?" Looking at a little boy with black curls and blue/green eyes watching the other kids sadly.
"That's Braxton, it's a sad story, his mum died delivering him and his father died recently off a heart attack, we haven't found him a new family yet." Abby said, "He has always been shy, but he's extra quiet now. He is 3, a year older than Caspian, but Caspian is advanced for his age, so they would probably get on great."
"Oh poor little guy, I know what it's like to not have parents, I am going to see if I can convince him to play with Caspian." Raven said.
"Ok Ray, Octavia and you are in your normal room. As are you, Clarke and Lexa." Abby said, "I will have someone bring your bags through, I am sure you all want to catch up with your friends, but dinner in my quarters at 7?"
"Sounds great, Mamma G," Raven said, as her and Octavia started to move towards the children.
"Ray, send Caspian over to get his armour off first, please." Clarke said.
"Will do, Clarkeee," Raven said distractedly.
"Dinner sounds great, Abby." Lexa said.
"Yes, mum we will be at dinner," Clarke said, as Caspian came over and her and Lexa took his armour off.
"Caspian looks so cute in his armour, but isn't he too young to have armour?" Abby said.
"He isn't using it for fighting, it is just for protection at the moment when we travel, we want him protected in case of an attack." Lexa explained.
"Oh," Abby said, "yes that makes sence."
Abby organised their bags to their rooms, while Clarke and Lexa got the warriors organised in tents, for the next few days. Raven and Octavia were watching Caspian and coaxing him and Braxton to play together. Caspian, with his favourite aunts coaxing, joined in trying to get Braxton to play and eventually Braxton joined Caspian in a game of Chasey.
