I just wanted to write a death scene. (Am not sorry at this point)
I added details around it to make it make sense.

Rain's pov:

I gritted my teeth, trying not to groan in pain as I slammed against a tree with the force of his magic.

I slid to the floor as I coughed out the blood that rose up my throat before glaring at him.

He was looking at me with a smug expression.

This damn demon...

He's strong.

Too strong for me to handle.

I managed to convince the others to let me fight him alone while they protected the pack house.

But I don't know if I can win against him.

I can hear screams and sounds of fighting coming from the direction of the pack house.

He had summoned spirits from hell and sent them to the pack house.

It was a normal day.

We were playing together in the pool since it was a weekend. For once, everyone had taken time off to relax together and enjoy.

But of course, it was ruined.

"It's been a while since I've had this much fun in my occasional trips up here. I should thank you for entertaining me so much." He laughed.

I pushed myself to my feet, ignoring how my whole body was screaming in pain and very quickly increasing exhaustion.

Just entertainment.

The lives of my pack members are just entertainment for him.

All demons really are the same.

They think all other species are below them. They just use them as mere entertainment tools.

I can't let him leave alive.

I took a deep breath, calling out a different type of power from deep within.

One I haven't used since I became a vampire.

One I only used when I was a mage.

And one that I'm not supposed to use now.

I'm sorry for this, Phayu.

I sighed softly as I watched him burn, his screams ringing loudly in the air. 

He was rolling around on the ground, the holy fire engulfing his whole being. 

Of course, it won't be put out until he's burnt to ashes. 

I stumbled back a bit as I felt dizzy and weak. 

My whole body felt as if it was burning from the inside. It was excruciating. I couldn't stop shaking because of the pain and exhaustion. 

I knew this would happen when I used that spell. 

It's a holy spell after all. Vampires are not supposed to use holy magic.
