Phayu's pov:

I barely kept myself from bouncing in my seat as i drove down the road.

Finally. I'm finally going to meet him.

I'm going to be with him.

It took Dad just a few hours to find him of course.

He's a college student. At my old university at that.

He lives in a small house by himself, a bit far from where i live.

But that's fine.

They made me promise to bring him for breakfast tomorrow so we can all sit down and talk about how i knew his name and everything and why my features changed- although i did tell them i don't know that part.

I glanced at the bouquet that was on the passenger's seat.

At first, i was going to buy a big bouquet of roses but then i saw someone buying one like this

At first, i was going to buy a big bouquet of roses but then i saw someone buying one like this.

And my gut just told me that this would be better.

So i decided to trust it.

Hopefully, my trust isn't wrong.

I brushed the few strands of hair that fell on my eyes to the side.

I had gone to the salon earlier to cut my hair.

I got a lot of stares and questions from the stylist even about my mark and now mismatched eyes.

But i just gave short, snippy answers. Thankfully, she got the clue and didn't push too much.

Now, his name is clearly visible on my nape to anyone behind me.

The stylist had barely held back a squeal when she noticed it.

I pulled up near the gate of the house and took a few minutes to compose myself.

Ok, don't freak out. Don't embarrass yourself.

I reached out and took the bouquet from the passenger's seat.

Please let him be home...

I got out of the car and made my way inside.

I could feel my heart and nape warming up and tingling as i went closer to the house.

He's here. He's definitely here.

I stopped in front of the door and took a deep breath before reaching out and ringing the doorbell.

My heart was pounding in my chest and i felt antsy as i waited.

And then, the door slid open abruptly, startling me a bit.

There he was.

He looked as beautiful as before.

Even more beautiful now that I'm seeing him in real life.
